Natural gas plays an important role in the national energy development.In the process of transportation,the presence of H2S,sulfide and other substances in natural gas will seriously corrode the pipeline.Therefore,it is necessary to purify the natural gas before it enters the long-distance pipeline.In the process of natural gas treatment in the purification plant,the use of circulating water is essential.As water resources are becoming more and more scarce and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious in the whole human society,there is a growing demand for phosphate-free environmental protection agents,and it has become a research hotspot in the field of recirculating cooling water.For I and II circulating water systems,we use the circulating water dynamic simulation device to research and analyze the circulating water field of puguang natural gas purification plant.Optimize the phosphate-free water treatment agent for I and II circulating water systems.The main researchs are as follows:(1)Optimize the phosphate-free water treatment agent for I circulating water system.Analyze I circulating water quality and all kinds of filling water quality,study the characteristics of water.The corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition properties of phosphorus-free water treatment agent ZH371JH-A and ZH371JH-B were tested respectively by rotatory sheet metal corrosion test and calcium carbonate scale scale resistance test.The results show that the corrosion inhibition performance of two phosphate-free water treatment agents is basically the same.However,ZH371JH-A has a slightly lower rate of calcium carbonate inhibition than ZH371JH-B.It was verified by dynamic simulation experiments that both A and B agents can be used in I circulating system.(2)Develop the phosphate-free water treatment agent for II circulating water system.Analyze II circulating water quality and all kinds of filling water quality,study the characteristics of water.And carry out indoor tests of corrosion and scale inhibitor monomers,according to experimental results,five single agents ZYQX-501,ZYQX-502,ZYQX-503,ZYQX-504 and ZYQX-505 were optimized as the components of the compound phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitors.Compound with a kind of applicable to II circulating water treatment agent without phosphorus PGJH-15.Carrying out compatibility tests on new water treatment agents.Tests show that PGJH-15 and the three kinds of fungicides had good compatibility.Using dynamic simulation device to simulate the actual operation of II circulating water conditions,test the water treatment effect of PGJH-15 under this condition.The dynamic simulation experiment verified that the water treatment effect of PGJH-15 reached the requirements of GB/T 50050 for the quality of circulating water,PGJH-15 is suitable for the II circulating water system.(3)The phosphorus-free water treatment agents of circulating water optimized by dynamic simulation test have been successively applied in the circulating water field.The total phosphorus content of the circulating water system has been significantly reduced.With the field application of phosphorus-free water treatment agents,the water quality of the circulating water system is obviously improved,the cycle of concentration is correspondingly increased,and the overall replenishment amount of the circulating water field is reduced.
