Ecological Civilization Construction In Enterprise

In the process of rapid social transformation,because of the increasing dramatic resource scarcity,environmental pollution,the degradation of ecological environment,etc.,China government puts forward construction of ecological civilization.Furthermore,as an important part of the national "Five Parts" strategy,it has come up in the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.As the key role of construction of ecological civilization,enterprises produce huge amount of living requisites,increase the rate of employment and stimulate economy as well.However,during the process it also generates byproducts,such as solid wastes,polluted water and gas,which becomes the major facts of influencing environment.Therefore,it is necessary to enforce the construction of ecological civilization.This paper takes Jiang Su XX Iron and Steel Group as an example.Investigation analysis,systematic analysis and comparative analysis approaches were employed in this study.Based on analysis of the effects of using recycle ecosystem mechanism in the internal of organism,evaluation of the "Impact of Life Cycle of Electro Galvanized Products Assessment",the main results obtained are as follows:1.The application of "Energy Management of Whole System Mode" could fulfill the concept of energy conservation in energy related working procedures,which further enforced the effects of energy saving.As a result,the consumption of per ton steal of XX has gradually decreased since 2008.Moreover,during the past 7 years,from 2008 to 2014,the complementary energy recycling demonstrated a constantly upward trend.The comprehensive energy consumption of XX was 524kg standard coal 2014 and declined 16.82%compared with year 2008,whilst,the recycled complementary energy was 3.11×107GJ which rose 32.9%.2.After thoroughly using multiple methods of water saving,with the constant raise of water cycle rate,XX was able to produce one ton steel at the expense of 3.12 m3 new water,.In fact,it was designed as 9.0m3 at the initial,and reduced 123.7%compared with 2008;the proportion of water cycle rate was 97.62%in 2013,which has a slightly raise of 2.0%.3.The production of iron and steel corporations is often accompanied by the generation of solid and semi-liquid wastes.Regarding of these issues,an effective recycling system was built by XX Group.Until 2014,the solid wastes recycling rate of XX fulfilled the breakthrough of 98%by recycling 123 million tons of standard coal in total.The overall recycled complementary energy occupied 8%energy consumption over that same period.The amount of 99.3%recycled coke oven and 98.2%recycled blast furnace are all ranked high in the world.Overall,corporation ecosystem is in favor of the unification among economic performance of large iron and steel companies,environmental benefits and social development.The study of corporation ecosystem is beneficial for business and government.
