Study On The Cultivation To Ecological Civilization Consciousness Of Contemporary Chinese Citizens

With the development of science technology and the productivity, China has created great material wealth in the social and economic construction, which greatly promoted the material civilization progress. However, during to the factors such as large population, limited natural resources, the relative extensive pattern of economic growth and the huge social development needs, the ecological environment deteriorating and the resource shortages are intensified. All the above factors have made the contradiction between population and natural resources, meanwhile between the economic development and the environment. So ecological protection and the environmental improving has become China's urgent task for its social and economic sustainable development. The 17th Party congress report first put forward the construction of ecological civilization, which marks the ecological civilization has become an important component in the Party and national ideology. In the construction of ecological civilization -- a complicated system of engineering, citizens'ecological civilization consciousness cultivation plays an important role.At present, overseas academics have more thoroughly researches on the sustainable development of ecological civilization, they attend from multiple angles on the sustainable development of ecological civilization .And some of them give specific solutions of how to realize the sustainable development of ecological civilization. However, there are relatively rare researches on ecological civilization consciousness and the related problems. Domestic scholars despite do a lot of valuable discussions about the construction of ecological civilization theory, researches about ecological civilization consciousness are still in the early stage. Cognitions on many specific problems are vague; moreover, the study on corresponding countermeasures shows slightly backward. The thesis is based on the existing results both at home and abroad, and to construct the socialist construction of ecological civilization as the background .According to the principle of theory combining practice, the thesis discussed the issue of ecological civilization consciousness from the macroscopic angle. It divides into four parts:The first part outlines the basic theory of ecological civilization consciousness. Firstly, expounding the connotation, the characteristic and the content of ecological civilization consciousness; secondly, analyzing the historical origin of ecological civilization consciousness theory from three aspects.The second part analyses the significance of ecological civilization consciousness to the construction of socialist ecological civilization. Only by strengthening the cultivation of citizens'ecological civilization consciousness can we put forward the construction of ecological civilization.The third part discusses the problems existed in cultivating ecological civilization consciousness and the causes of the problems. At present, although China's ecological civilization consciousness of cultivating has already made staggered results, problems occurred in the cultivating process made adverse effects on construction of ecological civilization of socialism in some extent. To solve these problems shows important practical significance to enhance citizens' ecological civilization level.The fourth part puts forward effective ways on the ecological civilization consciousness cultivation in the horizon of socialistic ecological civilization.
