The toxicity of Benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)is recognized worldwide. In all polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),BaP is the most toxic compound and has been used as a marker for carcinogenicity.Due to its lipophicity, edible oil can be easily contaminated in the process such as processing and drying. Therefore,it's critical for us to gain an insight into BaP and constantly improve the detection methods of BaP,thereby establishing effective control measures to enhance the security of oil. This paper focuses on the deficiency of the standard detection method in China to study the percent of BaP in edible oil and frying oil, determine the oil benzo[a]pyrene in the pre-processing technology, and work out the detection method that combines molecular imprinting-solid phase extraction(SPE)with high-performing liquid chromatography. The experiment studied and optimized each factor of the method in the pre-processing of BaP detection and created optimal conditions for the pre-processing:using the SPE of BaP(molecular imprinting technique);n-hexane as extraction agent and leacheate for pre-processing;extraction way:vortex for 30 seconds after ultrasonic extraction for 3 minutes;methylene chloride as eluent,in an amount of 6ml;elution rate is 1ml/min.The experiment detected the targets and optimized testing conditions. The experiment optimized the conditions such as liquid chromatographic detector, detection wavelength, and mobile phase, and created the following conditions:fluorescence detector(FLD detector);detection wavelength:384nm excitation wavelength,406 nm emission wavelength;mobile phase:acetonitrile:water = 95:5;flow rate:1ml/min;column temperature:35?.Under optimum conditions,BaP was separated well. The relative standard deviation of BaP detection and analysis is less than 5.5%,and the detection limit(3-foldSNR)and the quantization limit(10-fold SNR)were 0.10?g/kg and 0.30?g/kg respectively.
