With the development of world economy and attention to environmental protection, Nowadays, converter coal gas recovery system has been an important part of the iron and steel enterprise. In the past, converter coal gas recovery system uses mostly the way of the field monitoring and manual control, lead to the Cast furnace phenomenon happened frequently, equipment failure rate is still high, and the production quality of the mixed gas is far from the energy requirements of the subsequent users, there is an urgent need for taking a practical and effective control method, establishing a fully functional control system so as to raise the utilization of the coal gas recycling, reduce the equipment failure and at the same time make the quality of the mixed gas reached the satisfactory criterion of the customersIn this paper, mainly changes the primal system of the80thousands reclaiming gas at converter in Ansteel. choose the Yokogawa CS3000DCS that fully stable performance and functional maturation.First, the selection of the site controller configuration (FCS) signal acquisition from field instrumentation, select engineer station (ENG) and man-machine operator station (HIS) as a man-machine interface program preparation and monitoring of field devices to control the platform.
