Hot rolled sheet production factory mainly produces a variety of auto sheet,cold rolled raw material sheet,decorative steel sheet,silicon steel sheet,X series pipeline steel sheet and other different specifications and materials of the sheet products.At present,the mainstream coiler brands widely used in modern rolling mills include SMS from Germany and IHI from Japan,while most of the automatic control systems use The Japanese TMEIC brand [1].TMEIC hot rolling automatic control system is widely used by domestic hot rolling mills due to its excellent control performance.It has many advantages and broad development prospects and is worthy of further study.Coiling is the last process of hot rolling production line,which is responsible for bending long straight rolled steel strip into hot rolled steel coil,and then taking it out for storage,transportation and sale.High quality hot rolled coils closely,bao hou symmetry,parameter standard,flexible,smooth surface,curve,especially some of the high strength pipeline steel and ultra-thin wide strip,is of very high quality requirements,which requires a set of high accuracy,good stability,stable tension control,roll shape control precision of coiling machine and its automatic control system.This paper,taking a warmwalzwerk volume of domestic machine production process as an example to carry out the study,in order to well track control,constant tension winding and footfall hot-rolled coil,ensure products are superior in performance and roll in line with the industry standard,design and realize the automatic control system for hot rolling recoiler,and for the problems in the process of production,puts forward the feasible solution,has the profound topic background and research significance and practical value.In this paper,first of all,the process flow and process of hot rolled coiling demand analysis,combing out the control function and temporal logic to solve problems,such as:in terms of constant tension control,first of all,the secondary issued by tension,given to the base level,is to consider the strip bending deformation,mechanical consumption,speed and subtract changes,such as the change of the roll diameter influence on tension torque;Secondly,the establishment and maintenance of strip surface tension balance are different at different stages of coiling.Before the coiler is loaded,the backward tension is provided by the finishing mill,and the coiler direction needs to maintain the rising speed toprovide forward tension.After the coiler is loaded,the forward tension will be replaced by the mandrel torque.After finishing the finishing mill,it is necessary to provide the backward tension together with the clamping roller and the layer cooling roller.The change of tension balance structure requires the pinch roller to balance and coordinate.Thus,a tight combination and smooth switching between torque control and speed control is needed to ensure the stability of tension.In the aspect of coil control,once the steel strip head enters the coiler,it can only be obtained indirectly through calculation because there is no direct measuring element.The step control of the roll assist roller is the time sequence of position control and pressure control according to the tracking arrangement.The tail of the strip also needs to be tracked and controlled.Designing a complete automatic coiling control system is a very complicated and difficult task indeed.Secondly,based on the above mentioned control requirements,this paper constructs the overall control structure diagram.For constant tension control design of the current loop,speed loop,tension closed-loop three layers of the closed loop,current as the inner ring,the tension as the outer ring,and the motor model and tension model for mathematical modeling,as well as the secondary tension to customized deceleration torque compensation,bending torque compensation and mechanical loss compensation,compensation for speed control for advancing rate,rate of lag compensation,low tension compensation and load balancing compensation,constant tension winding control.For roll shape control is optimized to help roll automatic control process,due to help roll automatic control precision mainly depends on the track of strip head,such as strip head reaches a roll of time,the calculation of coil winding circle number,coil diameter calculation of real-time computing needs to be reliable tracking so designed a set of strip head tracking automatic deviation correction control logic,guarantee the smooth realization of the volume control.Thirdly,according to the implementation requirements of the control system above,a set of hardware configuration is designed,including server,client,Ethernet network and TC-NET network,which is integrated into a complete coiling hardware control system with nine sets of electrical Controller Nv Controller and various parts of the field equipment.ERP to achieve order management and production arrangements as the highest L3;According to the coiling process and parameters such as temperature,thickness andwidth,the control model is established.L2,the second level,issues the instructions.With CPU as the core,it receives instructions and parameters given by the second level and the operating platform,sends them to the field equipment for execution through logical control,and collects data and feeds back to the higher level.To transmission equipment and instruments and other detection components,the execution of a command,the direct collection of data reported to the first level is zero.Finally,a complete automatic control system also requires software systems supporting the hardware,such as Engineering Tool 4,ODG,ODGv5 Client Ctrl,Intouch configuration software,WindowViewer HMI,Window Maker,OPC Server Tool,HMI Engineer,etc.Through the software configuration and development design,the three major platforms of program compilation,data monitoring and human-computer interaction are built.Taking the constant tension coiling control process as an example,this chapter analyzes the realization process of constant tension coiling in detail from flow chart design to software configuration,man-machine operation screen and the final ODG feedback curve.Through writing this paper,I carefully sorted out the automatic control system of coiler in rolling mill,from the functional requirements to the overall control structure design,and then specific to the automatic control structure arrangement and modeling of each part of the main components of equipment.Finally,through hardware configuration and software design,the basic control function of hot rolling coiler is realized.In this paper,I deeply analyzed the indentation problem of coiler products in a hot rolling mill,and provided a practical and reliable scheme by establishing a tracking compensation and correction system.
