Research On Countermeasures And Cuts In The Industrial Structure Of Jiangsu Province Water Environmental Pollution Response

Water resources are important natural resources,related to social economic development and people's life,and constitute the important elements of the ecological environment.Since the 70's,with the development of economy of Jiangsu Province,a large number of the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in most city industrial wastewater without any treatment directly into rivers and lakes and in rural areas,the natural water environment pollution.With the rapid development of social economy,water environment pollution seriously affect the cycle of the development of social economy;the adjustment of industrial structure,the implementation of the comprehensive management of project management and strengthening environmental supervision three systems has become an important way to control water environment pollution.The development of various industries is the realization of social and economic growth driving force,at the same time,the development of the industry also brings to the environment pollution of different degrees,so the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure upgrading is an important measure to reduce pollution emissions,improve the quality of the environment.This paper takes the county(city,area)as evaluation unit,build a comprehensive reflection on the impact of industrial structure on water environment pollution composite index system of water environment pollution,farmland pollution load in Jiangsu province was analyzed in this paper,the spatial distribution characteristics of industrial pollution load.The use of SPSS software,the principal component analysis was carried out on the index data pollution factor of industrial structure is obtained.The spatial distribution of Jiangsu water environment pollution by using cluster analysis,the calculation of southern Jiangsu,middle and north Jiangsu,district and county(city)of each principal component and integrated average value,compare the district and county(city)level of the water environment of northern and southern Jiangsu,middle and the influence factors of pollution levels.In this paper,the main research results are as follows:(1)Industrial structure of Jiangsu province pollution factor of land use intensity respectively,non-agricultural structure,industrial point source pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution,and pollution reduction ability,and it is concluded that industrialization is the biggest regional water environmental pollution factors,but the deterioration of water environment is the result of joint action of many factors.(2)Social and economic development of Jiangsu province influence on water environment pollution can be divided into low,medium and high three grades.The pollution of water environment impact of higher unit 23,area 2274km~2,the proportion of the total area of Jiangsu is 2.22%.The pollution of water environment impact of medium unit 45,area 48687km~2,the proportion of the total area of Jiangsu is 47,45%.The pollution of water environment impact of lower unit 37,area 51639km~2,the proportion of the total area of Jiangsu is 50.33%.(3)The district units,which is the core of the city's economic development,economic output is high,the total environmental cost consumption is large,large industrial wastewater emissions.County(city)in pesticide and fertilizer inputs are relatively large,county(city)level of pollution reduction ability is lower than the district.Industrial structure of jiangsu province water environmental pollution for jiangsu>middle>north jiangsu,with the north and south of jiangsu province economic development level showed certain synchronicity.(4)Based on the industrial structure of jiangsu province water environmental pollution comprehensive e\valuation space,the pollution factor contribution analysis of industrial structure,put forward the adjustment of industrial structure and layout optimization,adjust the structure of heavy pollution industry,control of agricultural non-point source pollution and improve the ability of pollution reduction.
