SGJT company as the major project of the national "eleven five" science and technology support program,the iron and steel projects large investment in equipment,technology,process,etc.the hardware aspects of the first-class foundation,but enterprises should have the sustainable development,must have the advanced production management idea,model of management mechanism,and continue to enhance its the overall competitiveness.But with the continuous processes of SGJT company in the production and management issues and regional and personnel,the iron and steel industry low profit reasons SGJT company urgently needs to establish a match with the culture of the enterprise,the economic environment,the humanities environment management model in the management to raise the level of management,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.The effective management method by many world famous enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of Six Sigma management strategy is developed in the total quality management on the basis of,and enriched and developed continuously in practice.Improvement of Six Sigma is no longer confined to the quality,the continuous development has become a set of management concept and system method,is currently at home and abroad and the rise of the steel industry to bring enormous economic benefits.SGJT company as a whole on the sintering production process of iron making process,the two seat 5500m3 blast furnace supply into the furnace of sintering ore proportion of more than 62%,on the production of blast furnace and the cost of even the whole steel processes are the fluctuation of the quality of their products.Therefore,the sinter quality is crucial to the technical and economic index of blast furnace has a role.This article from the status quo and the project of the iron and steel enterprises background knowledge,introduces the definition of Six Sigma management,function and management characteristics,reviews the management of sintering the leakage rate of SGJT company,with six sigma management method in reducing the leakage rate of sintering system as an example,detailed definition of six Sigma management,measurement,analysis,improvement and control the various stages of the specific application,the application of the improved effect of system analysis and summary,and puts forward some concrete measures for specific operational,reached to improve equipment management level,improve product quality,reduce production cost,promote staff development,and further improve product and service quality,to a greater extent to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises objective.At the same time the SGJT company the comprehensive application of Six Sigma management theory provides the experience,and the sintering industry on the other steel enterprises to decrease the leakage rate of sintering system can be directly used and its promoting Six Sigma management has certain reference and guidance.
