Water resources has become a national strategic resources at present,the current iron and steel enterprises is still a large industrial water consumption,water pollution,adding new plenty of water,whose cost control has the cost standards for admittance into industries,iron and steel enterprise issued by the ministry of 2015 steel industry standards,has been clear about the new water consumption of per ton steel iron and steel enterprise index entry level.Baosteel stainless steel co.,LTD is a leading production base of stainless steel products,steel making process is the process in the key production processes,the process water is mainly used for steel-making equipment cooling,cleaning and other purposes,according to the investigation and analysis,steelmaking process for a long time the new water consumption is bigger,than the big gap between domestic advanced enterprises,on the one hand,the costs of water is higher,on the other hand also caused a large number of precious water resources waste.This research object is steelmaking process of water-saving management of baosteel stainless steel co.,LTD.This study aimed at baosteel stainless steel co.,LTD.,steelmaking process water consumption is too big a problem,application of lean six sigma operating ideas,methods,processes,the paper analyzes the cause of this problem,the use of six sigma management tools at the same time,analyses the reasons,according to the results of the analysis on the countermeasures.Through the research on the demand of water saving management in the steel mill,the subject area is determined.Causal matrix analysis and other tools,methods,to identify the causes of high water consumption,and screen,and formulate the solving measures,and application methods of CDAM,determines the fundamental solutions,to formulate solutions,andimplementation,after implementation has obtained the expected effect,achieve the project goals.According to the results of this study,the six sigma lean operation ideas,tools and methods used Yu Baogang stainless steel co.,LTD.,steelmaking process of water-saving management work,has obtained the good effect,through this study,further expounds the lean six sigma operating in steel enterprise the feasibility of the application in various fields,for baosteel stainless steel co.,LTD.,the next step the all-round water-saving management provides a strong theoretical tools.
