To accelerate the realization of green development,the nation has put forward a series of policies.Recently the government has set the targets of reducing carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP by 18%by 2020 from the 2005 level.At the same time,the carbon trading market system is to be fully established all over the country in 2017.And the electric power industry has become one of the first key industries incorporated into the national carbon emissions trading system.As the main force of CO2 emissions reduction,the power industry must take action to reduce carbon emissions as soon as possible.From the perspective of the electric power supply chain,there are mainly three parties involved,the coal-fired power plant,the downstream power supplier,and the energy-saving service company who provides professional carbon reduction services for the supply chain.By fully analyzing all aspects of the influence factors of each party,this paper built the system dynamics model of carbon reduction within the power supply chain under the carbon trading mechanism.This paper mainly studies three kinds of carbon reduction method in power supply chain:(1)The power plant implements the carbon reduction alone;(2)The power supplier cooperates with the power plant to implement the carbon reduction;(3)The energy-saving service company cooperates with the power plant to implement the carbon reduction.By simulation analysis of the three ways of carbon reductions,and studying on some keys factors,including carbon trading price,benefit coefficient of electricity price,revenue sharing coefficient,total investment cost and emission reduction effects,this paper mainly discussed the decision analysis of carbon reduction in power supply chain and then put forward some suggestions to reduce carbon emissions according to the research conclusion.The research results show that,the carbon reduction model established based on the system dynamics method in this paper is feasible,which can effectively reflect the related decision analysis of carbon reduction in power supply chain.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The later two cooperation carbon reduction ways are better than that in which power plant implements carbon reduction alone.(2)Carbon exchange market is really an effective mechanism to encourage the electric power enterprises to implement carbon reduction,which is an effective method to promote the reform of electric power supply chain.(3)The present carbon trading price is not reasonable.The price is so low that the advantages of energy service companies cannot fully displayed,failing to promote the carbon reduction in power supply chain.
