At present,the cloud manufacturing is a key direction of equipment manufacturing enterprises.As an important component of the equipment resource of the machine tools,the NC lathe is faced with many problems,such as heterogeneous information,complicated service factors,and difficulty in resource selection,which seriously restricts the efficiency of NC lathe integration,sharing and optimization.Therefore,on the basis of the domestic and foreign research achievements,this paper explored and researched some key technologies about information composition,constraint characteristics,service modeling,adaptation access and resource selection of CNC lathes in cloud manufacturing environment.At first,the paper studied the characteristics of information structure and constraint of CNC lathe in cloud manufacturing environment,and proposed a cloud manufacturing environment of complex constraints to optimize the allocation of CNC lathe overall framework by analyzing the domestic and foreign research status of cloud manufacturing theory and common key technologies combined with the optimization of configuration requirements of CNC lathe in cloud manufacturing environment.And then,based on the above implementation framework,parts of key technologies involved are studied,mainly includes: a modeling method of CNC lathes based on ontology has been studied to build an ontology information model of CNC lathes in cloud manufacturing environment;an adaptation access method of CNC lathes based on OSGI is studied,and the implementation framework of adaptation access of CNC lathes is built,the specific technologies include adaption access and parsing,Bundle design and service encapsulation;a optimization method of CNC lathes based on complex constraints is studied.proposes nine variables for the optimization decision goal and assessment system of CNC lathes such as cost,quality,time,service satisfaction,information interaction,fault tolerance,reliability,comprehensive satisfaction,also studies and analyzes the optimization mechanism,optimization model and optimization algorithm of CNC lathes.Finally,the results of the above studies are tested and verified on the cloud platform supported machine resource optimization developed by research group early,and a good application effect was obtained.
