In the past ten years,China's rapid economic development achieving remarkable results,the people's living standards have been significantly improved.However,with the rapid development of economy,the environmental problems become more and more serious.Among them,the haze and other air pollution problems are most worthy of attention.Because of the serious harm of air pollution to human health,the causes of air pollution and its treatment methods have attracted the attention of many scholars.A lot of scholars are studying the relationship between economic growth and environment in the Environmental Kuznets curve.The environmental Kuznets curve summarizes the characteristics of social economic development and environmental pollution.However,China with a vast territory,different areas of economic development,resource endowment,economic structure,natural environment,and the specific characteristics of the regional economic development level and environmental pollution were different.For the vast territory of China,the Kuznets curve is applicable to all areas of the law of economic development?What is the specific correlation between the level of economic development and environmental pollution in each region?In the accelerated development of urbanization,the supply side reforms significantly faster pace of reform under the background of changes China regional urbanization and industrial structure.Energy consumption structure factors will bring what kind of impact on the air environment?The relevant control policies to solve these problems of the relevant departments to understand the specific characteristics and correlation between economic development and environmental quality of the city to develop urbanization development,realize the goal of sustainable development of green energy structure and industrial structure adjustment,and which has important practical significance in promoting the coordinated development of China's economic development and the environment.This will be the first use of Moran index specific spatial correlation analysis of regional air pollution in China,and on the basis of using spatial panel data model to analyze the effect of regional economic development in our country specific impact on regional air pollution from the comprehensive economic growth,urbanization,industrial structure,energy structure and environmental governance investment etc.,and further use the spatial panel data model classification,empirical comparative analysis of the influence factors of direction and degree of specific effects on different regional air pollution in various degree of pollution,in order to provide basis for related departments to formulate relevant policies for effective regulation to achieve the goal of sustainable development of green.This paper analysis the global correlation results showing that the global Moran index is significantly positive,indicating that the whole range from a national perspective.The air pollution in provinces with higher levels of air pollution are surrounded by a higher degree of provinces(high aggregation)or air pollution in the lower provinces surrounded by air pollution in the lower provinces(low aggregation).With the existence of space effect,it can be seen that there is a significant positive correlation between the degree of air pollution in our country.Figure shows:high local correlation provinces mainly concentrated in North China,such as Shanxi,Hebei,Tianjin,Shandong,Gansu,Shaanxi and other provinces;low accumulation mainly concentrated in Yunnan,Guizhou,Guangxi,Guangdong,Hainan,Fujian and other southern provinces.The empirical lag model and spatial error model describe the characteristics of air pollution changes in China.The results showed that the regional economic growth level and urbanization level,industrial structure and energy consumption structure and environmental governance investment level.Regional air pollution levels showed a significant correlation.Among them,economic growth and regional air pollution levels have significant "U" relationship,and environmental governance investment level and the regional air pollution have significantly the inverted "U"relationship.In addition,the degree of urbanization,the proportion of coal consumption and the proportion of the two industry increased significantly aggravate the degree of regional air pollution in China,and the influence of various factors on the regional air pollution,which showing that there is spatial correlation characteristics.Further,three empirical model results depicted the slight pollution area,moderate pollution area and highly polluted areas each air pollution change characteristics show that the correlation between economic growth,industrial structure and energy consumption structure and regional air pollution and other factors have significant differences in different groups between regions.Among them,the Kuznets curve of slightly polluted area showed a significant "inverted U"feature,while the moderate pollution and highly polluted areas showed a significant"positive U" feature.For the mild pollution area,the number of private cars and industrial structure showed remarkable effect on the level of air pollution,and the impact of energy consumption structure is not significant.For moderate pollution and high pollution area,the adjustment of energy consumption structure will have a significant impact on the air pollution levels,and the influence of industrial structure on the air pollution level is not significant.At the same time,there was a significant spatial correlation in the regional air pollution levels in each group,while there was a significant difference in the spatial correlation mechanism between different groups.The innovation of this paper is based on spatial correlation analysis of regional air pollution level building on the spatial panel data model,empirical analysis of China's regional air pollution level variation.Describing correlation and characterization of air pollution among provinces using geographic distance weighting matrix,effectively improves the binary adjacency weight matrix deficiency ignoring the level of air pollution in non-neighboring provinces'correlation.In addition,paper based on the empirical analysis of the specific characteristics of the process from economic growth,urbanization,industrial structure,energy structure and environmental governance investment,investigated correlation between China's regional economic development situation and air pollution.By comparison study and analysis of the pollution level in all kinds of different region,the conclusion is more specific and rich.
