Discarded tires have caused serious waste of resources and environmental problems,Ultra-high pressure water jet is a high value,green environmental tire recycling method,which can effectively alleviate the "black pollution" caused by waste tires and obtain fine powder.The change of microstructure under ultra-high pressure water jet is one of the main crushing mechanism,which directly affects the crushing effect of the ultrahigh pressure water jet.The powder forming mechanism is one of the main influencing factors of powder particle size,directly determines the performance of the rubber powder.Based on the experiments,simulation and calculation,the breaking of chemical bonds and forming mechanism of rubber powder under ultra-high pressure water jet were studied.A lot of crushing experiments were carried out by ultra-high pressure water jet,and the collected powder was tested by means of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),particle size test and morphology test.Based on the simulation analysis,theoretical calculation and tests' results,the breaking and recombination mechanism of chemical bonds of was studied.Stress wave theory was used to study the ductile-brittle transition under ultra-high pressure water jet.Based on the previous research results,the formation mechanism of rubber powder was revealed,and the jet parameters were optimized.The results show that ultra-high pressure water jet technology can crush waste tire efficiently and obtain fine powder.The micro chemical structure of the rubber material change significantly during the process of ultra-high pressure water jet crushing waste tires,and breaking and recombination of chemical bond Occur.The rubber material presents the brittle tendency under ultra-high pressure water jet,and the main forming mechanism of powder contains brittle fracture mechanism,mechanical chemical mechanism,crack propagation mechanism and bubble collapse mechanism.At the same time,the powder particle size and forming mechanism are affected by the water jet parameters,and the effect of different jet parameters,powder forming mechanism,different jet parameters result in different powder forming mechanism.In summary,use the study of micro crushing mechanism and powder forming mechanism under ultra-high pressure water jet as a basis for further researches on the relationship of ultra-high pressure water jet parameters and powder particle size,forming mechanism.Finally,provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of ultra-high pressure water jet crushing technology.
