Gearbox is the main transmission part of the automobile,and the gear accuracy has an important influence on the whole handling performance.In order to ensure the smoothness of gear transmission,it is necessary to carry out 100% composite error detection in the production process.At present,the research of the measuring instrument is mainly used for single-piece gear detection at home and abroad,but the examination efficiency and the precision are lower.Based on the measurement principle of double-flank gear rolling test,this paper studies the online detection technique of idler gear shaft.On the basis of the traditional gear measuring instrument,a plurality of measuring mechanisms are added,which can be used to detect the overall radial error of single-piece gear and gear shaft assembly,and further improve the detection accuracy and efficiency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of the traditional measuring instrument,the general scheme of online measurement mechanism was designed,which used the standard gear meshing with the tested gear shaft without backlash,completing the design of key components and the selection of standard parts,using 3D drawing software to complete the design and assembly.(2)The control system was added to the measuring instrument,and the variation of gears center distance was acquired by the high precision displacement sensor.The software system completed the data processing,analysis and storage,realizing the automatic online measurement.(3)Based on the ANSYS Workbench software,the simulation model was established,and the static analysis of the measuring mechanism was carried out through the mesh independent verification.According to the simulation results,the spring pressure and the deformation curve of the measuring mechanism was fitted.(4)Completing errors detection of key parts,static precision test,the measurement repeatability test and uncertainty analysis.The influence of pressing force of spring,deformation of measuring mechanism and speed of motor on the measurement accuracy were studied through the finite element analysis,the combination of experiment and theory research methods,Which can improve the detection efficiency and ensure measurement reliability.
