The advantages of double-flank gear rolling test include simple instrument structure,convenient operation and maintenance,high measurement efficiency and suitable for inspection in the workshop.It is one of the important measurement methods in gear production.In double-flank gear rolling test,a certain measurement force is required to ensure the double-flank gear meshing,and it can help to remove burrs on tooth flanks.But the measurement force may cause the deformation of the gear,which will affect the measurement error of the double-flank gear rolling test.This dissertation researches on the influence of measurement force on the measurement error of the double-flank gear rolling test.Based on the theoretical and experimental analysis of the center distance variation in the double-flank gear rolling test caused by the measurement force,the model of gear tooth deformation by measurement force is established.The deformation model is simulated in Matlab and analyzed using the finite element model.Main content of this dissertation is as follows.(1)The influence of measurement force on the measurement error of double-flank gear rolling test is analyzed.It is found that the main factors affecting the measurement results of double-flank gear rolling test caused by measurement force include tooth bending deformation,shear deformation,tooth root and gear foundation deformation and contact deformation.Through deriving the tooth stiffness equations of double-flank meshing,the model of tooth deformation under the influence of measurement force in double-flank gear rolling test is established.(2)The influence model of measurement force is simulated in Matlab and analyzed considering different materials and different tooth width.(3)The relationship between measurement force and gear deformation in doubleflank gear rolling test is analyzed using the finite element model(FEM).(4)Experiments on the measurement force of double-flank gear rolling test are carried out,and the results of double-flank gear rolling test under different measurement forces are analyzed and compared with the simulation results.
