Research On Data Processing System Of Double-flank Gear Rolling Test Based On Cloud Platform

Because of its simple structure,convenient operation and maintenance and high measurement efficiency,double-flank gear rolling test has become one of the main methods for rapid measurement in gear workshop.With the continuous improvement of the performance of modern machinery and equipment,the requirements for the quality of gear are getting higher and higher.In 2013,Germany put forward the "Industry 4.0 System" plan with intelligent manufacturing.In 2015,China put forward the "Made in China 2025" initiative to promote the development of basic industries towards the medium and high-end through the "Internet Plus",or the Internet of Industries.Based on the data processing problem of double-flank gear rolling test data in the cloud platform,this dissertation studies the error evaluation method,SPC statistical analysis,cloud processing system deployment and software design.Main content of this dissertation is as follows.(1)Based on ISO 1328-2:2020,GB/T 38192:2019,GB/T 10095.2:2008,the evaluation method of gear radial composite deviations is studied.The SPC statistical analysis method and the selection of control chart are given.(2)The overall architecture and process of the cloud processing system for the gear double rodent measurement data are designed,and the system construction based on the cloud platform is given.The key technology of developing cloud processing software of double-flank gear rolling test data is introduced in detail.(3)Analyses the demand of the data cloud processing software for double-flank gear rolling test,and gives the interactive data format of the data cloud processing software.The function module,permission allocation,IP address,front-end interface realization,double-flank gear rolling test database,double-flank gear rolling test data processing module(radial composite deviations evaluation method,SPC statistical analysis)of data cloud processing software are introduced in detail.(4)Web application deployment of cloud server,test cases of data cloud processing software,evaluation test of radial composite deviations and SPC statistical analysis test are carried out.
