Material grinding system is inseparable from the mill.Grinding equipment performance not only determines the efficiency of the finished material production,but also related to the enterprise's energy consumption.Since the emergence of vertical roller mill,with its unique grinding principle to overcome many defects of traditional grinding machine on the grinding mechanism,and it gradually replaced the other grinding equipment in the international cement market.With the function of fine,drying,separator,delivery,vertical roller mill has been widely used as large-scale grinding equipment.Compared with the traditional ball mill,vertical roller mill has some advantages:low electricity consumption,high efficiency of grinding,simple technical process,small covering area,low metal consumption,convenient maintenance and repairing,and so on.This paper introduces the vertical roller mill on the basis of the grinding principle and structure,and conducts parametric design for the grinding table and grinding roll of large six roller vertical roller mill according to the requirement of design.The three-dimensional modeling of key components based on the Solidworks platform are achieved,it can export 2D engineering graphics of parts and assembly for guiding the design analysis and actual production of vertical roller mill.The finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to conduct finite element analysis to the key components of large six roller vertical roller mill.According to the actual running condition of the vertical roller mill,this paper conducts statics analysis to the key components.The stress nephogram and deformation nephogram of the key components can be achieved by simulating the actual working situation of vertical roller mill,so as to verify the feasibility and rationality of the design of key components.In addition,the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of grinding table achieve the dynamic characteristics,it can determine the frequency it may occur resonance,and can avoid to be damaged by vibration during operation.The optimization analysis has been done for the grinding table of large six roller vertical roller mill using the optimization function of ANSYS Workbench.First of all,the topology optimization has been done to determine the optimization goal and choose the specific size need to be optimized.Then size optimization has been conducted to optimize the structure of grinding table,so as to lose weight,save costs,increase the profit of the enterprise and provide guidance for the design of the key components of vertical roller mill.
