The level of automatic control,network information technology is an important measure of the automation,informatization and intelligence in the field of industrial control.These technology is constantly innovating in knitting industry.And knitting equipment constantly strives to the goal of high-efficiency,high-quality and high-stability.All those requires higher standard for automation and informatization level on the knitting equipment.At present,the high-end knitting equipment is mainly monopolized by some family business in Italy,Germany,Japan and other countries.There is still a wide gap between domestic and these countries on precision and standardization of mechanical manufacturing,automation and informatization of control system,especially on the control system.A large part of the domestic system,whose function is single and network degree is low,is still in the state of open loop control.Therefore,the stability and reliability of the domestic system is poor.This situation directly affects the quality of the fabric,but also is not conducive to the control of networked cluster.This paper takes the circular knitting machine as the study object,analyzes the problems of the key technology in the control system,and proposes the improvement plans.On this basis,a control system,with high expansibility and stability,is designed to solve those problems and improve the level of automation,informatization,and the quality of the fabric.First of all,this paper analyses different modes according to the structure of the control system for circular knitting machine in the market-place.And ultimately determines the human-computer interaction unit as the core of the system.The human-computer interaction unit connects to the other modules,including real-time control module,yarn-feeding module,constant tension rolling module,and wireless network module,through the parallel or serial bus.Second,this paper gives the improved scheme according to the advantages and disadvantages of each module.Change the yarn-feeding way from mechanical linkage to speed ratio adjustable mode,with the servo motor as the control core in the yarn-feeding module,so as to enhance the flexibility of the yarn-feeding.Tension detection sensor is introduced in the rolling device,to realize the closed-loop control of face tension;RFID technology is introduced in the wireless and network technology module,to realize the electronic attendance system of circular knitting machine,and elaborate the way to realize networking based on GPRS and Wi-Fi etc.The results of actual test and engineering application prove the feasibility and stability ofeach module.The improvement of these key technology nodes greatly enhances the automation level,informatization level of circular knitting machine,and also improves the quality of fabric.
