Research Of The Relationship Between Fabric Multidimensional Mechanical Mechanical Properties And Clothing Pressure

The relationship between elastic knitting fabric multidimensional mechanical properties andclothing pressure are mainly studied in this thesis. The topic has a certain practical significanceon elastic sportswear design and development.First and foremost, the present domestic and foreign study on clothing pressure and theinfluence factors of clothing pressure are discussed, through retrieving and reading a largeamount of relevant material and datum.Secondly, the fabric parameters of the chosen elastic knitted fabrics are analyzed and thebasic mechanics performances of which are tested; a cylinder model was designed andconstructed for the clothing pressure simulation experiment. Combined the cylinder model withthe INSTRON3300universal strength tester and the AMI-3037airbag clothing pressure tester,and tested the multidimensional mechanics performance, the simulation clothing pressure andthe clothing pressure of the chosen fabrics; Sew the fabrics into sleeves, and test the clothingpressure on human body when wearing the sleeves on the arm.Thirdly, analyse the correlation and regression about the2d and3d mechanical properties,the simulation clothing pressure and the clothing pressure of the fabrics. Analyse correlationintensity about the2d and3d mechanical properties, the simulation clothing pressure and theclothing pressure of the fabrics. These could provide advices to the establishment on therelationship of multidimensional mechanical properties and the clothing pressure of the fabrics.The results show that the tensile elongation, the curvature radius of cylinder model, and thetest rate parameters of the fabrics have significant effects on mechanical properties and clothingpressure of the fabrics. There’re good correlations between each other.The results provide certain theoretical basis and have practical reference values on thedesign and development of elastic tight wears.
