Textile digital printing soft proofing technology is committed to solve the traditional physical sample proofing methods in low efficiency,time cost and high cost of materials.In the production process,in order to obtain a satisfactory color,the palette member need to repeatedly adjust the picture color,workers need to repeatedly print samples,and then sent to the customer,customer feedback,continue to change until the customer satisfaction.This process consumes a lot of manpower,material resources,materials and time,productivity is not high.To solve this problem,we study the digital printing soft proofing technology,improve production efficiency,mainly from the two aspects of professional proofing software and common proofing software,as follows:1.Based on in-depth understanding of principle of digital printing color management standard ICC color management process and the implementation process of the soft proofing,we propose the color conversion effect of the color management engine Little CMS used in the screen soft proofing tool.It was proved that Little CMS as the color management engine in the soft proofing has the similar effect with the color management engine-Adobe ACE which has been recognized by the industry in the effect of the conversion of color information,is better than Microsoft ICM Microsoft self-developed,has been put on the market using.Therefore,the color management engine Little CMS used in the soft proofing tool has good color conversion effect and can be used to convert color space in screen soft proofing.2.Research on the method and effect of screen soft proofing.Digital printing screen soft proofing is to realize the screen see is the real samples obtained,thereby correcting errors and improve the production efficiency of prepress.Obtaining the color difference between the measure data of the objective evaluation color card and its standard data,and the color difference between the screen soft proofing data of the objective evaluation color data and the standard data,then we can calculate the objective color difference between the screen soft proofing and the physical printer sample,combined with the color grading subjective evaluation to calculate people'sacceptable color range.The experimental results show that the color difference between the screen soft proofing and the printed sample is within the acceptable range of color difference,the soft proofing effect is good,can be used in actual production,improve the production efficiency of the factory.In addition,the experimental method to calculate the acceptable chromatic aberration can be widely used to evaluate the proofing effect of various soft proofing tools.3.Research on multi-channel ICC support for common soft proofing tools.Compared with the commonly used CMYK four-channel ICC Profile,multi-channel ICC Profile gamut larger,printed product color richer and more delicate.Colorcast Profile and AT Profile used in common soft proofing tools to achieve multi-channel soft proofing effect.The test found that the Colorcast Profile contains black point conpensation in proofing and black point compensation in printing two effects,AT Profile contains only proofing BPC effect.On the black point compensation effect,AT Profile can present two effects,while the Colorcast Profile is only one effect,AT Profile practicality than Colorcast Profile good.Comparison of two kinds of Profile proofing effect,AT Profile adds the black print compensation effect,ensure that the condition is consistent,multi-channel ICC Profile with two black compensation effect as the standard,by calculating the difference that AT Profile is better than Colorcast Profile effect near the standard effect,better effect of AT Profile.
