Electrode welding with its unique advantages in industrial production occupies a large proportion,the industrial production has been pursuing the goal of improving the electrode arc welding production efficiency in the current,the invention of the twin electrode welding is possible to achieve this goal.But the production of the twin electrode has become the urgent problem to be solved.The purpose of this research is to design the twin electrode coating machine,combined with the actual demand,to complete the twin electrode machine.By the analysis of the principle,control requirements and working flow of the electrode coating machine,SD-45 twin electrode coating machine was designed.In this paper,the feeding system of the twin electrode machine was designed from mechanical structure and control system respectively.In the mechanical design,the type of the twin electrode coating machine for the 45-ton hydraulic and 45 ° nose was first to be determined.The twin wire was fed in parallel.The rack,reciprocating wire feeding mechanism,silo and continuous wire feeding mechanism were designed according to the wire feeding way.A more reasonable wire feeder of twin electrode coating machine was completed,and the wire feeder worked soomther.The twin electrode coating machine control system used more mature and intelligent PLC control system.The results defined the model of PLC,touch screen,drive,inverter and the drive motor models,assured the wiring of PLC and the main components,and achieved the control system's hardware selection and connection.S7-200 series 224XP CN PLC was to be choosed as the main controller,achieving signal detection of the stepper motor driver,inverter encoder and sensor.The completion of in situ detection,wire biocked detection,wire gap detection made the wire feeding system soomther and more intelligent.Human-computer interface with MT6048H CoolMay touch screen mainly achieved detection and alarm function,making the operation more convenient and intuitive.And the serial communication of PLC,touch screen and the inverter was achieved by using the RS485 interface Modbus protocol.Design of wire feeding system of SD-45 twin electrode coating machine control system software included PLC program and HMI human-machine interface design.The design of the PLC program included the main application design,the design of main program of the automatic control,the EEPROM parameter subroutine,the interrupt program,the power-on reset subroutine and the communication program between 224XP CN PLC and the inverter SJ200.The design of the HMI human-machine interface included matching touch screen with the 224XP CN PLC in the hardware and the communication parameters,the configuration of the touch screen' s registration screen,the mode selection screen,the automatic operation screen and the manual operation screen,as well as the variable between the PLC and the touch screen.The corresponding address between PLC and touch screen were linked to ensure that the parameters of each variable could be controlled by touch screen...
