Wire EDM is one of the special processing methods widely used in China.It has the advantages of high processing accuracy,no mechanical force,and low processing cost.It is widely used in the processing of high hardness,high strength materials and shaped parts.But at present,most cutting machine tools can only meet the cutting of various shapes of parts,and cannot process high-precision rotary fine parts.In order to improve the application range of wire cutting,to meet the needs of current aerospace,high-precision molds,high-precision instruments At present,the slowmoving CF20 wire cutting machine tool is applied,and a six-axis linkage machine tool with a rotating axis is built on the basis of it for experimental research.On the basis of the wire transport system of the wire walking machine tool,a wire transport device for wire electrode electric spark grinding was developed.In order to realize the online measurement of the machining accuracy of rotary parts,a two-degree-of-freedom online measurement system for machining precision of rotary parts based on laser displacement sensors was built.Conducted an experimental study on wire electrode EDM grinding of rotating parts,conducted an experimental study on the influence of spindle speed,feed speed,wire speed and wire tension on the grinding accuracy of rotating parts,and analyzed the causes of incomplete removal of the processed surface.The machining experiment of precision rotary parts was verified,and the radial runout of the rotary parts processed by the proposed processing method was less than ±3.5?m,which was slightly larger than the radial runout value of the spindle,which proved the effectiveness of the proposed processing method.In addition,a spindle system controlled by a servo control system was built on the machining platform of the wire walking machine,and the production of fine tungsten steel tools was carried out.First of all,the effect of three different grinding paths on the efficiency of tungsten steel tool production was explored.Under the condition of determining the optimal path,the effect of grinding efficiency at different segment feed rates of the path was studied,and then the optimal grinding parameter conditions Next,the effect of wire EDM on the precision of tungsten steel ball-end cutters was studied,and the reasons for efficiency and accuracy optimization during the machining process were analyzed.Research and formulate the processing platform and processing strategy to produce the tool with the ball head diameter,the diameter of which is extremely close to the target value.
