Papermaking industry accounts a large proportion of water pollution.To make paper by waste paper accountes for 78.3%.The treatment of wastewater form Regenerated Papermaking is one of the social focus.With the continuous progress of water-saving technology in the paper-making industry,the concentrationof Regenerated Papennaking wastewater has been improved.It becomes possible to recover energy in Regenerated Papermaking wastewater by anaerobic technology.By small experiment in laboratory and engineering alllication studies the feasibility of Regenerated Papermaking wastewater by anaerobic and aerobic treatment,and studies the reuse of treated water and sludge and anaerobic biogas utilization.In this paper,the following research results are obtained:1.The laboratory test shows that the removal rate of COD was about 75%under the condition of medium temperature(36?38?),anaerobic condition,HRT of 24h,volume load of 5kg·COD/(m3·d),laboratory test.2.The laboratory test shows that the removal rate of COD is about 70%under the condition of volume loading 0.5kg·COD/(m3·d)in SBR reactor.3.Engineering alllication shows that the COD removal rate is about 80%by anaerobic-aerobic combination process,with anaerobic load 3?4 kg COD/(m3·d).The COD removal rate is about 80%under aerobic load 0.5kg COD/(m3·d).4.Workshop's reuse rate of waste water by water treatment is 90%.The external displacement is 2.2t/t paper.Aerobic sludge is all reused.5.Steam boiler can produce 30t steam per day,which can provide workshop use,by using biogas which generated by anaerobic system.6.The use of biogas and aerobic sludge recycling,the company can get benefits 5,000 yuan per day.It will bring the company profits 660,000 yuan per year,deducting operating costs.The project provides a practical and realistic case for regenerated papermaking wastewater treatment and energy recovery and utilization,which can be used as a demonstration project to promote,and also provide reference for other industries.
