Main exhaust fan is one of the core equipment of sintering.It is always the key of enterprise maintenance and maintenance.A failure will not only bring huge economic losses,but also lead to the production break.Therefore the main ventilation machine control system not only to control fan,but also to ensure the safe operation of the fan.When the fan is about to fail,it will remind the operator to carry on the maintenance,and ensure the equipment and personal safety.Therefore,it is designed that the main ventilation machine control system with large wind turbine equipment system common faults.The number and the installation position of the vibration detection sensor are designed,too.The vibration signal is transmitted to the control system through the Entek vibration sensor and the signal acquisition module.Entek equipment and control system through the DeviceNet transmission,not only can the vibration signal acquisition to PLC,and can automatically make the frequency domain analysis for the host computer display.The control system for the main exhaust fan with 1756 series PLC of AB company,with the corresponding IO module to complete the signal acquisition and control equipment.The data are transmitted to the main control room and the fan control room through the Ethernet.The upper computer operation picture is developed by RSView32.Through the operation of the screen can be automatic control of the main exhaust fan,including start self conditions,a key start,start self checking before,throttle operation,running process monitoring,parametric trends.We can see spectrum display and analysis,fault display and possible and analysis the causes of the PLC and instrument state monitoring.Alarm monitoring,shutdown display and query and operation records and inquiries also can be done in the system,etc.Vibration signal detection is divided into two kinds of analysis methods in time domain and frequency domain.In general,the frequency domain is more commonly used,but the time-domain signal can reflect the phase relationship,and sometimesalso need to be used for auxiliary analysis.There are two main methods in frequency domain signal extraction,which are Fourier transform and wavelet transform.Fourier transform is a classical control theory algorithm.the discrete Fourier transform is used as the theory.The flow chart is draw,and the calculation program is designed by VB.Simulation is carreed on by Matlab.And it is carried on the filter and the characteristic value extraction using its toolbox.The two software and control systems are used in OPC mode communication.
