In recent years,Sichuan Hot pot industry is booming,large chain stores Hot pot bred,in order to guarantee Hot pot shop tastes unity and Hot pot food safety under the premise of Hot pot bottom material unified ingredients,mass production,the scale of production to meet this demand.There is a kind of animal fat Hot pot butter flavor characteristics,especially popular,accounted for most of the market share Hot pot bottom material processing enterprises was more and more butter Hot pot bottom material,in creating a good economic benefits for Sichuan,the sewage and polluted the surrounding natural environment production enterprises.Study on the engineering design of the paper is on the butter Hot pot bottom material production wastewater,the wastewater mainly comes from the butter Hot pot cleaning wastewater on the production equipment,the main pollutants in wastewater containing waste animal oil and pepper Chili oil a lot of wastewater suspended solids SS,degradation of organic compounds CODcr and BOD5 were higher.But the PH is low.about 5.5;because of the existence of the wastewater was Chili oil pepper,red pigment,is also high,a large number of oil cooled lumps will cause corrosion and microbial activity of pipeline equipment group coerced,the loss of microorganism,capsaicin may also inhibit the growth of microorganisms.Due to the start-up of anaerobic reactor time slow,obligate microbial population culture is relatively slow.These are the focus and difficulty of the project.The design process for the production of sewage?wells?oil separator?grille?regulation pool ABR pool ?A/O ?sedimentation tank to discharge,which adopts the improved ABR technique,ABR+AF,anaerobic reaction tank body and increasing elastic fillers can not only improve the ABR anaerobic device startup time,greatly shortened the time of anaerobic culture microorganisms,about 45 days longer will form granular sludge,biofilm and the packing will be attached to a certain amount,the population will increase the content of microorganisms,the filler can also stop some anaerobic granular flow water outflow through anaerobic pool body effect.The wastewater mainly through anaerobic ABR,the volume load of Nv=1.2kgCOD/(M3-D),hydraulic retention time is 72h,the degradation of the total removal rate of CODcr can reach 88%,the effluent COD can be controlled at about 400mg/L,the degradation of wastewater in most organic matter,but also the part of macromolecular organic matter decomposition into treatment small molecules of easily degradable organic matter,and then continue to process decomposition of organic pollutants by A/O treatment.In the aerobic system in A/O technology,mainly for the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water is controlled by the A pool,A pool in the dissolved oxygen concentration maintained at DO<0.4mg/L,A cell mainly remains as facultative,the pool of A as a biological selector,and bacteria become dominant bacteria can reduce O pool sludge expansion risk the sludge reflux and biological selection of dominant bacteria,the concentration of activated sludge can stabilize the O pool.The total water retention time of A/O system was 60H,and the average volume load was Nv=0.2kgCOD/(M3-D),which could ensure the removal of organic matter in most of the year,especially in winter.Some main O pool of organic pollutants degradation treatment of small molecule anaerobic decomposition of the O,after the pool section is mainly through nitrification of ammonia into nitrate,30min in the O pool sludge settlement ratio remained at SV30 in 25%?40%,considering the high value of SV30 in the winter,can meet the removal of anaerobic effluent residual CODcr,BOD5,ammonia and other requirements,and finally the sewage can reach the national integrated wastewater discharge standard.
