Recently,With the deepening of oil rigs and drilling technology continues to develop,The variety of rigs are increasingly rich and diversified.Due to the long and heavy truck body,it is limited by the working site and road,it is necessary to control the radius of turn in a certain range,So multi-axis steering technology is widely used.Multi-axis steering vehicles are compared to two-axis vehicles,Many wheels are involved in steering,tire wear and rod damage are easy to occur Under the condition of steering process.In order to make the multi-axis steering vehicle with good steering performance,it is necessary to study the steering mechanism in depth.Firstly this paper describes the background and development of oil drilling rig,and leads to the object of this paper.In the process of digesting,absorbing,summarizing and summarizing the predecessors' results,Based on the theory of related vehicle theory,the trapezoidal mechanism and steering rocker mechanism of the first three axle steering system of multi-axle vehicle are analyzed comprehensively and the mathematical model is established,Using MATLAB software to write optimization calculation program;The ADAMS kinematic simulation software is used to establish the virtual prototype model of the Front three bridge steering system,Secondly,the optimization of the key parameters of the steering arm mechanism is carried out by using the optimization toolbox in ADAMS software,And further improve the steering wheel angle characteristics;Finally,the steering resistance torque is calculated when the vehicle is turned in place,and the dynamic matching of the steering power system is checked;On the basis of rigid model,rigid and flexible coupling model of steering system is established by rigid and flexible replacement,Using ANSYS software to handle the flexibility of the steering mechanism,The flexible mnf neutral file of the steering rod is introduced into ADAMS to establish the rigid flexible coupling model,Then the kinematics and dynamics of the rigid flexible coupling model are analyzed,Make a comparative analysis The relationship between the steering wheel angle and the force of the member under the rigid condition is analyzed,The influence of elastic deformation of flexible member on the kinematics and dynamics of steering system is studied.The optimization analysis method and the design flow used in this paper can provide some reference value for the design and development of multi-axle steering mechanism.
