Due to high dangerous of Petrochemical Enterprise operation,in order to protect enterprise investment and employees' health,enterprise introduced Safety Instrument System into operation.The SIS design is based on Hazardous and Operability Study(HAZOP)and Safety Integrity Level(SIL)evaluation results.As an important safety system,SIS project is really important to enterprise and will affect enterprise's benefits.SIS project can only be success for enterprise,or the plant would not be allowed to be put into operation according to Chinese Regulation.So now all enterprises think much of SIS as its specialty and importance,how to control the risks in SIS project is an important goal for the project team and becomes an important study for team members.This thesis emphasizes on risk planning,risk identification,risk evaluation,risk treatment and risk control of SIS project based on China Coal Mengda Olefins Plant,using related project risk management theories and tools.According to the real risk events in Mengda SIS project,using project risk management theories and tools to help enterprise control project risks and achieve project goal.This thesis study can give a simple reference to similar projects in the future,to help them on risk managements.
