Research And Development On Hardware System Of Seawater Slurry Ice Machine On Fishing Boat

Seawater slurry ice is a kind of solid-liquid two-phase solution with large amount of suspended ice particle,which has many advantages such as strong cool storage capability,good liquidity and fast cooling speed.Seawater slurry ice technology has broad prospects in aquatic products preservation.At present,there are lots of problems in hardware system of seawater slurry ice machine such as low efficiency of ice making and matching degree of each component,so it is urgent to develop the hardware system of seawater ice machine for fishery boats.This paper first expatiated the current research status of hardware system for seawater ice machine for fishery boats,pointed out the defects of the existing equipment,and proposed the total design project.Then the hardware system structure of the seawater slurry machine(ice making capacity:3t/d)was studied.In this paper,the calculation method for calculating important parameters of the seawater slurry ice-making system was determined,and the important design parameters included the cooling load,evaporating temperature and condensing temperature were obtained.Then the hardware system of seawater ice machine for fishery boats were selected for model calculation: some parameters such as required refrigerant Circulating Mass,theoretical power and coefficient of performance of input compressor were calculated and the type of scroll compressor was determined according to exclusive Pressure-Enthalpy diagrams by the model of selected cryogen.The sleeve type evaporator model was identified by calculating the temperature difference of heat transfer,the heat transfer area of evaporator,refrigerant cycle circulation and other parameters,which improved the heat transfer efficiency about 1.5 times to the undoped by fixed on screw rod agitator in ice bucket In addition,this paper introduced the selection and calculation of the condenser,throttle device,reducer motor and other parts.Finally,the actual test results showed that the new equipment had a stable operation,high matching degree,and expected ice-making efficiency.The study will promote the application and popularization of seawater ice machine for fishery boats.
