Slurry ice,as a new type of high-tech technology,is becoming popular in recent years.It has a wide application in quick-frozen food,cold chain logistics,low temperature storage.Due to the advantage of the pefect heat transfer performance,good protection effect for the skin of aquatic products and no consumption of fresh water,the research of slurry ice become a hot topic at home and abroad,especially in the application of fishing boat.The automation degree of slurry ice on fishing boat is low,leading to poor stability and efficiency.So it is imperative to study the control system of seawater slurry ice machine on fishing boats.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research on present situation of the control system of seawater slurry ice machine on fishing boats,points out the imperfect of the current control strategy of control system,and puts forward the control system based on the frequency conversion compressor and electronic expansion valve control scheme.Second,the paper takes the production speed of slurry ice and the proportion of ice as the control target to study the fuzzy PID control in the application of electronic expansion valve opening automatic adjustment and complete the program design of fuzzy control algorithm based on Siemens S7-300 PLC STEP7 software platform along with man-machine interactive interface design based on the MCGS.Finally,through the MATLAB simulation and experimental verification,the experimental results is obtained: Compared with the conventional PID control,the peformance of fuzzy PID control system is good on response and anti-jamming and the time in which the proportion of ice coming into smooth area is decreased by 36% with control precision being 2-3 times more than the previous.When fuzzy PID control system enters the steady state zone and is disturbed,the time back to the smooth area will be reduced 42% less while the variation range of proportion of ice is only 50%.The study helps to improve system efficiency,reduces the probability of ice blocking and enhances the automation level of seawater slurry ice machine on fishing boats It plays an important role in promoting slurry ice application in the field of fishery.
