With the development of industrial economy,the environmental pollution is being worse.The composition of coal chemical industry wastewater with a lot of biological inhibitory organics,belongs to one of the refractory wastewater because of its complex.The major product of this heavy industry park in this paper is the coal chemical industry and metal processing industry.This heavy industry park covers an area of 29.03 km2,a large number of chemical waste water were produced in the process of production,the serious harm of environment would be caused if wastewater were not be treated carefully.However,this park is lacking of construction of supporting pipe network and sewage treatment facilities.So in order to make industrial park wastewater achieve the discharge standard,the construction of reasonable sewage treatment facilities can meet meet the requirements of environment and development of economic.This research is based on the monitoring results of discharge of the heavy industrial park to determine the quality of influent,that is: the concentration of COD is 48000 mg/L,the concentration of ammonia is 4500 mg/L,and the concentration of total phenol is 12000 mg/L.With the consideration of current project of water supply and drainage system,the demonstration of construction condition,the address and processing capacity were determined by the investigation and analysis,the designed water capacity was carried out on the short part.On the basis of sewage characterics,the three level treatment processes were choosed to satisfy standard,including pretreatment + secondary biochemical treatment + deep treatment.With comparision of a variety of process to determine suitable process: with adding acid demulsification as degreasing process,efficient nitrogen tower as the denitrification process,adopts UASB and A2/O process as biochemical treatment process,using nanometer catalytic electrolysis technology and process as deep treatment process,MBR for subsequent use fold screw type sludge dewatering of sludge dewatering equipment for sanitary landfill concentration after dehydration,odor adsorption method is used for processing.According to the quantity and quality of sewage and the choosed process,the main structure were designed in detail,as while as the technical parameters and number of structure and equipments.After the construction of sewage plant,the effulent can meet the ?standard of sewage treatment coking chemical industrial pollutants emission?,the concentration of COD is lower than 150 mg/L,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is lower than 25 mg/L.Moreover,the project had preferable environmental benefit and economic benefit.
