As environmental issues become increasingly prominent, the intensity of environmental governance increase gradually. Beginning in 2002, our country promulgated ?urban sewage treatment plants standands for pollutants discharge? (GB18918-2002), the rectification of sewage discharge to a new stage. Liaoxi town group which include Jianchang County of Huludao city is the important bases of agricultural and sideline products, energy and proliferation of industry. Among them, Jianchang Food Industrial Park is a industrial park which is under construction. There are many rivers including Daling river near it. Therefore, Jianchang County attach great importance to the sewage treatment and disposal of Jianchang Food Industrial Park.Jianchang Food Industrial Park sewage treatment plant project is based on research. We need to make the thorough research. The design content of sewage treatment plant that includes the analysis and prediction of water quality of water, analysis and selection of process scheme, and process design and parameters optimization. And finally completed the design of processes and structures.According to the Jianchang Food Industrial Park Development Plan, the design scale Park sewage treatment plant is determined 20000 m3/d through forecast in the unit of construction land indices. Combined with other sewage treatment plant in Huludao city and domestic similar scale treatment plant, and the relevant provisions of the food industry wastewater in ?Liaoning province of sewage comprehensive discharge standard? (DB21/1627-2008), Jianchang Food Industrial Park sewage treatment plant design water quality is SS=250mg/L, BOD5=180mg/L, COD=450mg/L, NH4+-N=30mg/L, TN=35mg/L, TP=3.5mg/L. Because the sewage treatment plant effluent discharged into the DaLing river which belongs to the national key river besin, determine treatment of outlet water to achieve?urban sewage treatment plants standands for pollutants discharge (GB18918-2002)? level A emissions standards is SS?10mg/L, BOD5?10mg/L, COD?50mg/L, NH3-N?5mg/L, TN?15mg/L, TP?0.5mg/L.In view of the actual situation and design requirements of Jianchang Food Industrial Park sewage treatment plant, we select the technological process which is one stage pro treatment—two stage biochemical treatment—deep treatment—sludge treatment. And, taking into account the characterstics of the influent quality, in the two level before treatment increased the hydrolysis acidification pool to improve the biodegradability of the sewage. Two stage biochemical treatment select four domestic mature application to optimizate, and deep treatment take optimization in the filter and disinfection process. Through the comparison of technology and economics, selecting A+A2/Obiological treatment as secondary processing technology, dynamic flow sand ponds and the ultraviolet disinfection system as level 3 processing.The final decision of Jianchang Food Industrial Park sewage treatment plant project use "Mechanical pretreatment - acidification - A+A2/Obiological treatment - dynamic flow sand ponds - ultraviolet disinfection system - sludge concentration mechanical dehydration process scheme". The decision make it can meet the treatment of outlet water in?the urban sewage treatment plants standards for pollutants discharge (GB18918-2002)?level A emissions standards, meet the design requirements of the factory. At the mean time, the treatment of the design parameters optimization structures and design calculation, and completed construction drawing design.
