Wastewater treatment in developed countries has been changed from two grade to three grade,but China's sewage treatment is still in the secondary treatment stage,and sewage treatment process mainly depends on the introduction of foreign sewage treatment technology.As the introduction of sewage treatment technology can not fully adapt to China's national conditions,therefore,through sewage treatment,improving the reuse rate of sewage to improve China's water shortage and environmental pollution and other issues is facing a severe test.Tongliao,located in the eastern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,is serious shortage of water.With the continuous development of the economy,the region's water demand is increasing,while the water supply is gradually decreasing each year.Tongliao is a medium-sized developing city,and compared with the same level of domestic cities,Tongliao sewage treatment plant is still using a relatively single sewage treatment process.What's more,some sewage treatment plants are still using the first grade precipitation and other more behindhand sewage treatment process,so the sewage treatment efficiency is low.70% of the sewage treatment plants are still implementing the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards"(GB18918-2002)level B standard.Low water reuse and water pollution problems become increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes the sewage treatment technology of Tongliao,the water quality of sewage effluent and the analysis of drainage,and also analyzes the current situation of water treatment and the main problems of water environment in Tongliao through quantitative analysis and comparative study.In order to improve the current situation of sewage treatment in Tongliao,the layout of the sewage treatment plant in the urban sewage treatment plant was analyzed and evaluated by the analysis of the seizure area,the process flow and the effect and the effluent quality of the treatment plant.This paper provide new ideas for reference.Through the research of this paper,get the following conclusions:(1)In Tongliao's sewage treatment plants,sewage treatment technology used in sewage treatment process is more single.What's worse,some sewage treatment plants are using more behindhand sewage treatment technology in sewage treatment process.Tongliao's sewage treatment effluent can not meet the design standards,and 60% of the sewage treatment plants' effluent quality of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and other important indicators fail to meet the standards.And sewage treatment rate is low.(2)Tongliao City sewage discharge mainly depends on the direct discharge into the rivers,lakes,reservoirs and other surface receptors;recycled water configuration is mainly for industrial reuse.(3)The artificial wetland sewage treatment process is most suitable as the sewage treatment technology of the Tongliao,and the sewage water quality planned after the treated area can meet different water demands of the industrial water reuse and landscape greening.It is feasible to establish the scheme of the seizure area in Tongliao,which is of practical significance to improve the utilization rate of water resources,environmental protection and ecological construction in Tongliao.
