The increasing income of rural industries,the continuous optimization of infrastructure and the promotion of rural revitalization in China have led to the rapid development of rural economy,but the paradox of rural development in many areas--the deterioration of living environment is serious.The disordered discharge of rural sewage has become one of the important reasons for polluting rural water system and affecting rural human settlement environment.The rural environment,especially the rural sewage problem,has attracted more and more attention from the country and society.However,there are still problems of low coverage rate of sewage treatment facilities and mismatch between sewage treatment capacity and collection capacity.The construction site selection and technical scheme selection of sewage treatment facilities are all based on individuals.The coupling relationship between spatial layout,service capacity and technical scheme of sewage treatment facilities is not considered.Rational spatial layout of sewage treatment facilities and targeted selection of appropriate sewage treatment schemes can promote effective utilization and coordinated development of regional resources and boost rural revitalization.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the spatial optimization layout of rural sewage treatment and the comprehensive evaluation and optimization of sewage treatment scheme as the research object.At the spatial level,relying on Arc GIS platform,the rural sewage treatment facilities are optimized,arranged and selected.The grey situation decisionmaking theory is used to combine the service capacity of treatment facilities with the technical scheme to make a comprehensive decision,so as to improve the existing imbalance situation and explore and optimize the suitable sewage treatment scheme.First of all,through literature analysis and field research,the relevant basic data of Yantai city was obtained,and the basic geographic database was established based on Arc GIS platform.The status quo of the spatial layout,design scale and actual measurement of the existing sewage treatment facilities was analyzed,and the causes of the current problems were summarized and analyzed.Secondly,Arc GIS platform is used to combine with critical distance theory and population dispersion theory to optimize the existing sewage treatment facility points.The existing sewage treatment facilities are divided into three types: maintaining the status quo,releasing potential and enhancing pollution control by using the deviation rate.A buffer zone with the critical distance as the radius is established,and the potential releasing sewage is delimited to be included in the range.Finally,the villages are included by calculating the allowable sewage intake.By Arc GIS platform for new village sewage treatment facilities for pattern classification,including into urban pipe network,a single village scattered processing,Lian Village processing,set up more than 2 km,5 km ring buffer area determine into villages and towns network stack terrain analysis,according to the sewage treatment of terrain analysis will rest not village is divided into single village scattered processing,Lian Village centralized processing,Through the population dispersion theory,the combined village treatment villages are supplemented,and finally the sewage treatment mode is determined(including urban pipe network,single village decentralized treatment,combined village sewage treatment villages).With the help of scenario analysis and Arc GIS,the layout and site selection scheme is optimized by integrating topography,terrain,environment,road and land type.Finally,from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation,36 indicators were preliminarily identified through literature analysis,field research and interviews,and 19 indicators were optimized through expert research and importance evaluation to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of rural sewage treatment.By using grey situation decision-making theory to build rural sewage treatment plan optimization evaluation model,literature analysis combined with field investigation,the comprehensive construction of facilities to sewage treatment,environmental capacity,the surrounding topography,etc.,from the existing sewage treatment scheme selected six alternative,establishes the evaluation situation of 6 kinds of solution matrix,Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to establish the index sample matrix of each scheme,ah P-entropy weight method was used to introduce the critical distance combination weight to calculate the weight,and the comprehensive evaluation matrix was constructed to obtain the optimal satisfactory situation.ArcGIS is a powerful spatial analysis function,the grey situation decision is used to solve the problem of multi-attribute and multi-objective,in this paper the use of these two methods can effectively solve the problem of existing sewage treatment space layout,comprehensive evaluation of sewage treatment scheme optimization decision-making,provide reference for other similar areas,rich rural sewage treatment,space layout optimization theory base,Promote research on spatial layout and scheme optimization.
