The Research On China Evaluation Index System Of Enterprise Environmental Credit

In recent years,more smog appear frequently in our country.Environmental pollution and ecological destruction infiltrate residents' daily life.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development will invest more time and fund to strengthen the ecological civilization construction.With the increasing attention for environmental protection,the government is also working on constant innovation of the environment governance.And the evaluation index system of enterprise environmental credit is catering to this trend.Enterprise environmental credit evaluation is a new kind of credit evaluation method,which evaluation object is the enterprise environmental behavior.The smooth implementation of the enterprise environmental credit evaluation is helpful to realize the sustainable development of economy,society and environment.Fundamentally,the success of the enterprise environmental credit evaluation largely depends on the scientific rating method.In this process,the index system of credit rating becomes one of the most main aspect.This also is the concentrated performance on profession and science of the credit rating method.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish scientific evaluation index system of enterprise environmental credit.This paper introduces concrete connotation and related concepts of evaluation index system of enterprise environmental credit,and analyzes their existing situation,pointing out existing problems and putting forward the corresponding solutions and thoughts.The author thinks that in the process of constructing the evaluation index system of enterprise environmental credit must insist the corporate environmental responsibility and the concept of independent environmental value,following the systematic and scientific principle.On the arrangement of specific content,drawing lessons from pilot provinces and cities' formed index systems,the evaluation index system of enterprise environmental performance and the related content of evaluation index system of enterprise green competitiveness.Forming four categories and multi-level evaluation index system of enterprise environmental credit,which including pollution governance,environment management,social impact and environment publicity.
