With the rapid development of China's economy,all industries of life on the demand for energy consumption is also increasing,as "industrial blood" much favored by the world,oil is a lot of important raw materials for processing and manufacturing,oil is also viewed as a natural resource and global strategic materials,the oil occupies a pivotal position in the international comprehensive national competition.Although oil reserves are sufficient in China,but with the exploitation intensity increased year by year and the passage of time,the existing underground oil storage is not enough to achieve spray automatically,coupled with the underground high temperature and pressure harsh environment on the oil production control system,natural state has been unable to meet the needs of the economy.Therefore,the improvement of the control process of crude oil exploitation,the improvement of the anti-jamming effect of the control system of the oil exploitation process and the fine control of the oil production have been the common concern of domestic and foreign research experts.First of all,this thesis introduces a closed-loop system based on mode-free adaptive control submersible pump,considering a submersible pump working in a complex and variable high temperature and high pressure environment,and proposes a data-driven control method,only rely the model-free adaptive controller's input and output data,instead of restricted by mathematical model of controlled objects.Submersible pump as the core equipment of crude oil extraction,mainly made of the submersible induction motor and centrifugal pump,and widely used because of its high temperature and pressure,corrosion resistance,high lift and long-distance production advantages.However,the dynamic change of temperature and pressure is the most important factor affecting the whole control process of submersible pump.In order to improve the production efficiency and the stability of the system,the design of submersible pump control is based on closed-loop control system.By verifying the influence of downhole pressure parameters on the oil recovery system,the system can ensure high efficiency and energy saving,stable and safe operation.Secondly,from the perspective of improving the robustness of model-free adaptive control,although the model-free adaptive controller has an good application in the submersible pump oil production,the actual problems of existing system are downhole noiseand data loss.The control system is no need to know the mathematical model information,but the uncertainty of the controller input data will directly lead the system to output error data and the waveform is also not true.In order to improve the stability and robustness of the system,this thesis study the two aspects of analog measurement noise and simulation data loss,and improve the existing model free adaptive control system.Finally,the simulation result is given by Matlab/Simulink software.The model free adaptive control submersible pump system with differential tracker and the system with data loss compensation control submersible pump are simulated respectively,the comparison results show a good improvement,the control system has better dynamic robustness,to achieve improved goals.
