For now Mechanical mining oil equipment is to develop in the direction of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.With the continuous development of production technology,the increasing demand for oil,due to the traditional screw pump periodic rubber bushing replacement,the applicable scope is narrow,work performance can't satisfy the need of the development has become an important factor in its application and dissemination.Metal screw pump stator as a new type of mining oil pump which compared with the traditional wall thickness screw pump stator,it has high bearing capacity,good thermal conductivity,longer service life,greatly improves the performance of the pump,improve the efficiency of the pump.Therefore all metal screw pump stator has very broad market prospect.now the scholars from all over the world is increasing their input in R&D,the inner spiral curved surface structure of the all metal screw processing is becoming more and more get people's attention.At present the main manufacture method for metal stator inner spiral curved surface is enveloping boring method for inner spiral surface of screw pump stator and disc cutter continuously cutting by CNC.It is a complicated process designing the spiral curved surface cutter.In the practical work set the rotor movement in the stator as a start point,analysis the matching relationship between rotor and stator,calculating the orbit of the stator and rotor,replace the rotor with cutter by CNC programming.The cutting force is the main factor of deformation and tool attrition in cutting processing parts,it is a key method by using finite element software analyze the cutting simulation to predict cutting force change.And any simulation software analysis results will have certain limitation cannot simulate actual machining process completely.Through this article the analysis of the metal stator cutter modal,find out the resonant frequency and maximum deformation position,analysis the strain,deformation and related parameters by cutting process to testify the feasibility of the metal stator cutting processing.By analyzing the transient dynamics simulation,get the cutting tool structure dynamic response situation at any time load.The simulation analysis method of cutting force there is an important meaning in making the processing technology,reduce the machining deformation and improve the quality of machining.
