Welding Expert System Design Based On NB/T47014 Standard

Nowtodays,there is not a set of general welding expert system in the field of welding,because the welding process with strong personalized,high quality requirements,restraint of industry etc.As a new standard(NB/T47014),the welding procedure qualification for pressure equipments was issued;its original applications are constantly updated and revised.It is imperative to plan and design a practical technology expert system,according to the new standard,the modern theory and technology.The project planning a kind of welding expert system for the standards(NB/T47014),by deep analysis the development and production characteristics of enterprise which manufacture the pressure vessel;and study related process and standard of the pressure vessel,and reference to the features and applications of existing welding process expert system.The project researchs on common arc welding technology,it established a knowledge base model that is the foundation of parent metal,welding materials,welding equipment,groove type,welding joint and basic parameters.It designing a rule model of the welding method select,welding material select,welding parameter select.it is extracted framework from the classification of weld and the characteristics of pressure vessel manufacture,and it developed a welding process expert system reasoning model and its foundation is divided into decision trees and analytic hierarchy process.According to the above theory,the project the designed the data mode of knowledge base,rule base and process library,and it is combining with the object-oriented thought.The project useed Java language to write the related code,and completed a WEB based applications up to the standard of NB/T47014 the body of the expert system for welding process design.It has the characteristics of practical and flexible structure,through the welding expert system of hierarchical decision tree model.It can be closely integrated with the enterprise actual production,and help the welding technology personnel according to the new standard establishment rapidly by reasonable welding process documents,and be able to lack of experience of welding technology personnel to provide the necessary technical guidance,and to further satisfy the technological personnel to relevant process specification and technology file management requirements.On the application implementation,extract the data operation,interface design and other public application examples,established the materialization,simplifies development difficulty,enhance the system scalability and maintainability,can provide the necessary technical support for the follow-up research work.
