With the continuous promotion of China's manufacturing 2025,the development of domestic manufacturing automation has also made great stride forward.The automatic welding line for sheet metal welding is an inevitable choice for sheet metal welding enterprises to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition and rising social labor costs.In order to ensure the quality of welding products in the automatic welding line of sheet metal,diagnose and repair the faults of the automatic line system quickly and accurately.This article researches and develops the automatic monitoring and health diagnostic system for the coffin welding.First,according to its structure,manufacturing process and monitoring requirements designed automatic line monitoring system.Then,through the automatic fault line analysis system,set up automatic line fault tree model.Based on this,the design of health diagnosis system for automatic welding line of sheet metal is completed.In this paper,the specific research contents and results are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the sheet metal welding line structure and process,the use of the bus industry were selected,and PROFIBUS-DP is selected as its communication protocol.On this basis,the overall design of automatic monitoring system and health diagnosis system for sheet metal welding is carried out.2.In order to ensure the overall monitoring of the system and prevent the redundancy of the monitoring data,the monitoring requirements of the welding automatic line of the sheet metal are analyzed,and the monitoring parameters of the monitoring system are determined.And according to the type of monitoring parameters and the design requirements of the signal acquisition system,the sensor for collecting signals is determined.Finally,the hardware configuration and monitoring program of the automatic welding line of sheet metal are designed by STEP7.3.In order to ensure the integrity of the monitoring system function,the project configuration and monitoring interface configuration are carried out in WinCC by analyzing the functions required by the monitoring system.And aiming at the problem of setting the complex process parameters of different products,the function module of parameter configuration is developed,the flexible configuration of the parameters is realized,the design of the automatic line monitoring system for sheet metal welding is completed,and the simulation experiment of the designed monitoring system is carried out.The simulation results show that the design of the monitoring system can monitor and archive the automatic production line in the process variables,and may be an important variable in the production process monitoring and alarm to ensure the quality of the products.4.The system fault tree is established through the analysis of the system fault of the plate welding automatic line,and the concept of the fault tree structure importance is added to the problem of the conclusion deviation caused by the subjectivity of the analytic hierarchy process,which makes the conclusion more accurate and credible in the analysis of the weight of the fault tree.Finally,according to the fault tree and the calculated fault weight,the VB program is used as the development language,and the SQL Server2005 is used as the database platform to develop and design a health diagnosis system,and the experiment simulation is carried out.The experiment shows that the health diagnosis system of sheet metal welding automatic line can complete the diagnosis and inquiry of input fault information and maintenance of fault information.
