Research On Food Safety Issue And Countermeasures Caused By Technology Alienation

Our civilization world today cannot come into exist without science and technology.Technology has permeated into every aspect of human life.The social progress,economic rapid development,and living standard improvement are all based on the development of science and technology.However,science and technology is a double-edged sword,which not only benefit humans,but also may have a negative impact on people's lives.Modern high technology is widely used in the food field,causing revolutionary changes in traditional food technology,and promoting the rapid development of the food industry.But with the process and application of food technology,phenomenon of technical alienation is evident,exacerbating the food safety issue,which not only endangers human health,but also affects social stability.Therefore,from the perspective of technology philosophy,it is very necessary to analyze the food safety issue caused by alienation,which can help deepen people's knowledge of the food safety nature,and provide more hints to handle the food safety issue.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly elaborates the technology alienation and food safety issue,combing and summarizing on their connotation to better understands it.The second part mainly elaborates the food safety issue caused by technology alienation and effect.Firstly it introduces the change and development of food technology and discuss four manifestations of technology alienation in food safety area and its effect.The third part mainly elaborates the cause of technology alienation and analyze three aspects including technology,technology creation & development and technology application.The fourth part mainly elaborates on countermeasures and thingking about the problem of food safety caused by technology alienation.This paper put forward effective countermeasures to weaken technology alienation and alleviate food safety issue.
