| The rapid development of information technology is changing the social production,but also to promote the development and reform of traditional process industry.For complex industrial production process represented by mine production,because of the hugeness and complexity of the system,are often unable to establish accurate mathematical model,with traditional control method is difficult to achieve the ideal control effect.While the development of big data mining technology and the popularization of advanced cloud computing power,it is possible to make the cognitive learning and control.This paper first discusses the concept of industry 4.0 in manufacturing,the inspiration and promotion of the "five linkage" thought to the intelligent production management technology,and then under the premise of further analysis and demonstration of the actual production situation of the Iron and steel group mineral company,proposed the prediction method based on cognitive modeling,forecast and analysis of Technology index and energy consumption index of mine production,decision-making and control under the premise of reasonable forecast.In this paper,we took the conventional algorithm of cognitive learning modeling as the extreme learning machine(Extreme Learning Machine,ELM),and the hierarchical temporal memory(Hierarchial Temporal Memory,HTM)model as an example,described the principle and implementation steps of cognitive modeling algorithm,carried out the related prediction tests and analyzed the test results.Based on the reasonable demonstration of the algorithm,the cognitive modeling method is applied to the specific production management system,and the production management and control platform in the background of "wisdom mine" is set up.We have formed a new production and management mode of "wisdom mine",basically achieved the goal of punctual and accurate production and maximum integrated benefits of the overall production. |
