With the development of information technology and the rapid progress of internet-economy,the consumption concept of the customers has become more diversified.The traditional production mode is difficult to obey the individual requirements of the customers.In this context,the research on the new personalized customization production system,which is aimed to achieve the customization of diversified and the personalized commodities,is of broad business prospects and practical engineering value.According to the current production characteristics and the development trend of personalized customization,this paper designs and implements an intelligent candy packaging experimental system for the personalized production.In this paper,the main works will be completed as follows:(1)The current manufacturing environment and the personalized requirements are analyzed,and the overall architecture of personalized customization system is designed for the personalized customization production.Building on these insights,the functional modules of each part are elaborated,and the functional design is carried out from the hardware execution and the software application,and the key technologies of each functional module are introduced in detail.(2)According to the execution characteristics of the machining execution unit,the process control technology and the interaction between equipment are deployed.As for the former,the PLC is used to realize the control of all pneumatic execution units,and the motion control flow is designed for the processing manipulator.As for the latter,the characteristics of data protocol based on RFID information exchange is analysed,which is used as the perception carrier of order tracking information on the manufacturing site.In the process of processing,socket technology is used to design the communication scheme between devices to realize the overall linkage of execution units as well.(3)In order to realize the production management and the data service in personalized customization,the Java language and the Web service framework are used to develop the system application software.In the level of production management,the production management function modules is designed from the perspective of order processing,the equipment maintenance,and the material inventory;In the level of data service,data query module is designed from the perspective of multiple data applications in personalized customization process,and realizes the visualization of the production data.(4)In personalized customization experimental system,a case of candy packaging oriented to personalized customization was implemented based on the realization of the functional modules.At the same time,the system software was used to realize the analysis and the management for the personalized customization production.It provided data support and efficient management for the production.The result shown that the system can well complete the task for the personalized customization.
