This paper aimed to study the chemical consitituents and bioactivity of three Lindera plants:Lindera pulcherrima var.hemsleyana,Lindera nacusua(D.Don)Merr and Lindera fragrans Oliv,which can provide the basis of material research for the development of new drugs from Lindera plants.Using the percolation method to obtain the EtOH extract of L.pulcherrima and L.nacusua.Then the extract was extracted by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol,to divide into three parts.Various chromatographic methods like silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds.Finally,14 compounds were isolated from L.pulcherrima and 7 compounds were isolated from L.nacusua.Via TLC,1H NMR,13C NMR,HR-ESI-MS and compareing with the known compounds,nine compounds from L.pulcherrima were identified as follow:3-Sitosterol(01),Daucosterol(02),Launobine(03),N-Methylhermangerine(04),Nantenine(05),Dehydronantenine(06),(+)-Catechin(07),8-hydroxy-9-methoxy-1,2-methylenedioxyaporphine(08),Demethyl-macrosporine I(09).All of these compounds were isolated from L.pulcherrima for the first time.Six compounds from L.nacusua were identified as follow:?-Sitosterol(1),Daucosterol(2),Kaempferol-3-O-a-L-rhamnoside(3),(-)-Litsenolide D2(4),(+)-(2Z,3R,4S)-2-(Dodec-11-ynylidene)-3-hydroxy-4-methylbutanolide(5),Demethylmacrosporine I(6),among them compounds 3 were isolated from L.nacusua for the first time.Using the steam distillation method to extract the essentional oil of L.fragrans.The chemical consitituent and relatice amount of L.fragrans were measured via GC-MS,and 101 components,50 compounds were identified,accounted for 70.34%of the total essentional oil.In addition,the cytotoxicity activities of the compounds 3,5,03,06,07 were tested against B16,A549,HeLa cancer cell lines by CCK-8 in vitro.The in vitro antibacterial activities of the essential oil of L.fragrans were evaluated.The result show that the essential oil of L.fragrans has inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans.
