Study On Extraction And Analysis Of Osmanthus Fragrans Lour. Essential Oil

Osmanthus fragrans Lour. is not only a kind of ornamental flower but also have dietary and medicinal values. It is widely used in food industry and chemical industry. Solid phase microextraction (SMPE), microwave radiation and simultaneous distillation extraction (ME-SDE) and supercritical CO₂ extraction were applied to extract the Osmanthus essential oil in this paper. The compounds and the relative contents of essential oil were analysised by GC/MS, and the compounds of essential oil were compared to the volatile compounds extracted by SMPE, then the mainly aromatic compounds were identified.The various procedure effects on the extraction and the composition were studied, and the optimal parameters were acquired.
