As for the long-large colliery inclined shaft tunnel,continuous belt conveyor has become the optimization scheme of tunnel slagging system because of its reliable operation,huge slagging ability and wide adaptability.But with the increase of the distance,traffic volume and the complexity of engineering geological conditions.The dynamics of continuous belt conveyor and starting problems increasingly prominent,traditional design methods can't meet the need.The present domestic studies on belt conveyor were more focused on the single drive,single redirection roller and single tension device belt conveyor.Based on the colliery inclined shaft tunnel of Shenhua Xinjie,this paper has studied the reasonable slagging scheme,the dynamic characteristics,the best way to soft start of multipoint drive continuous belt conveyor.The major contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,combining with the actual engineering background,analyzed difficult problems of continuous belt conveyor,selected suitable drive scheme and correct rectifying scheme,then the continuous belt conveyor slagging scheme was determined eventually.Based on the slagging scheme,the key parameters were obtained by conventional design methods.Secondly,selected the Kelvin model as the dynamic model of conveyor belt by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor.Then with the thought of finite element,the continuous belt conveyor in this project was divided into multiple units,the dynamic equation of continuous belt conveyor was obtained by deducing the each divided unit,such as driving units,belt units,redirection roller units,tension roller units.Finally,the coefficient matrix of the dynamic equation was solved.Thirdly,based on the analysis of established continuous belt conveyor mechanics model and the soft start problem,the power tracking control of Wilson-? integration method was selected to solve the dynamic equation,according to the solved steps,the simulation program flow chart was obtained.Then using Matlab to write dynamic simulation program,finally the simulation results were analyzed in detail.Fourthly,based on the comparative analysis of simulation results and characteristics of 4 kinds commonly used starting curve,the rationality of the Harrison sine starting curve was proved.Then on the basis,a new start curving was provided and written into the simulation program,the simulation results proved the optimization and rationality of the new starting curve.Fifthly,based on the GUIDE tools of Matlab,the dynamic simulation GUI interface of continuous belt conveyor was designed,it manly included 3 plates such as input parameters,choices of starting curve and the simulation image,finally based on actual example the function of each module was demonstrated.
