With the increase of production of coal mining enterprises,the transportation capability of coal mine is also need to be improved.Belt conveyor as the main transport equipment of coal mine production system,its scientific and reasonable selection and safe and reliable operation can guarantee efficient production of coal mine safety.Paper chooses Wang Gushan coal mine as the research object,through the analysis of the main slope design hoisting capacity and underground actual production condition,the model that conforms to the field of belt conveyor is designed,and determine the corresponding belt,roller,roller,belt tension,motor,tension device,driving device,brake device,cleaning device,electronic device such as the specific parameters of the equipment.Applying the method of accident tree,belt conveyor injuries people events are analyzed,and the cause of the accident basic event and the probability of occurrence are obtained,combined with the structure of each basic event importance and critical important of sorting,main control objectives of the stranded people hurt accident prevention is determined,the prevention measures are put forward.Fuzzy chromatography analysis of the operation of the belt conveyor system is analyzed,and the safety control is evaluated,the risk control ability and system risk index evaluation system it built.Finally combined with the condition of belt conveyor in Wang Gushan coal mine,the weight of each influence factor in the system is assigned,calculate the actual value of two indicators,and get its insufficient in the security control,the corresponding safety control measures are puts forward,it provides the guiding significance in order to ensure the belt conveyor safe and reliable operation of the coal mine.
