Polyurethane material because of its good mechanical properties,chemical resistance and good decorative,abrasion resistance and quick drying characteristics such as more and more be taken seriously,has an important role in material industry.Catalyst is an important part of polyurethane material,the existing polyurethane catalyst synthesis process conditions,most of the required high temperature and high pressure,the research and development of new polyurethane catalyst synthesis process of concise and efficient preparation of poly-urethane material has important theoretical significance and practical application value.In this paper,four kinds of tertiary amine catalyst synthesis methods of polyurethane,laboratory using liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation of tertiary amine polyurethane catalysts,prepared by the exploration of the raw material,catalyst,temperature,pressure and other factors on the influence of the tertiary amine urethane catalyst synthesis process,the optimum process conditions of tertiary amine urethane catalyst preparation.Through the above research has achieved the following results:1)with diethylene glycol(DEG)and dimethylamine(DMA)as raw material,Ni50 double(dimethyl amino ethyl)ether was synthesized(BDMAEE),at 150? and 40bar,diethylene glycol conversion rate can reach 60%,choose performance reached 66%;2)with dimethyl amino propyl amine(DMAPA)and dimethyl amine(DMAPN)as raw material,acrylic nitrile A2C(Solvay company)as the catalyst for synthesis of double-(3-2 methyl propyl amine)amine(Bis-DMAPA)and 3-(dimethyl ammonium propyl)amine(Tris-DMAPA),at 60-65?,15bar,the dosage of catalyst was 2.7w.t.%,dimethyl amine(DMAPA)and dimethyl amino acrylic nitrile(DMAPN)mass ratio is 2,get a double-(3-2 methyl propyl amine)amine(Bis-DMAPA)and 3-(dimethyl ammonium propyl)amine(Tris-DMAPA)was 98%,total yield of product of double-(3-2 methyl propyl amine)amine(Bis-DMAPA)and 3-(dimethyl ammonium propyl)amine(Tris-DMAPA)ratio is 1;3)with benzaldehyde(PhCHO)and dimethylamine(DMA)as raw material,palladium/carbon as catalyst for synthesis of N,N-dimethyl benzyl amine(BDMA),in benzaldehyde(PhCHO)and dimethylamine(DMA)mole ratio of 1:1.03,catalyst dosage of 0.2 w.t.%,25 bar pressure,the hydrogenation reactor temperature is T3 +20?,the reaction time for 3-4 h,reaction selectivity was 99%,the catalyst can be reused.Based on four kinds of tertiary amine synthesis methods of polyurethane catalyst for specific research,preliminary obtained the catalyst preparation process parameters,confirmed by liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation method can realize the preparation of high efficient tertiary amine polyurethane catalyst for the development of the tertiary amine urethane catalyst and operation has laid a good foundation.
