The roadway floor heave is a common deformation phenomenon, and it hasdirectly effects on the roadway safety and mine production, causing huge losses.The study of mechanism and control technology in dynamic pressure roadwayand coal roadway is one of the important issues in mining geotechnicalengineering field, many scholars have done a lot of researches and achievedsome remarkable results. However, due to roadway conditions andenvironmental pressures complexity and variability, the existing theory can notsolve the fundamental problem of the roadway on the bottom of the drum.Additionally,traditional floor heave control technologies mainly around the roofor two-side of the roadway, the experience is not sufficiently about the role ofthe floor and corner. Based on these, this paper takes Zhangcun mine21materialroadway as research background, using field trips, theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other means to explore the floor heave mechanism and control measures under the influence of mining. The main contents are asfollows:(1) Analysis the floor heave mechanism and mechanical properties ofdynamic pressure roadway using the theories of rock mechanics, soil mechanics,elastic-plastic mechanics;(2)Conducted a field survey to engineering geological conditions ofZhangcun mine material roadway, and got physical and mechanicalparametersof elastic modulus, poisson’s ratio, compressive strength,etc. Throughfield observations and existing data of Zhang cun mine;(3)Research and analysis of the main factors of Zhangcun mine materialroadway, including stress state, country rock properties, hydrology properties,supporting strength,etc. And the floor heave of roadway is squeeze flow;summed up the surround rock properties, the supporting methods and bearingstresses caused by mining, which are the main factors to cause the floor heave,and these three areas need to be controlled;(4)Based on the mechanism of Zhangcun mine material roadway floorheave under the influence of mining, On the basis of the existing support, thispaper proposes three kinds of countermeasures:①Dire-ctional hydraulicfracturing the roof;②Directional hydraulic fracturing the roof,reinforce thefloor and corner;③Reinforce the floor and corner.And use the Flac3Dnumericalsimulation software to simulate on the roadway deformation about originalsupport and three scenarios respectively; by analyzing the advantages of plasticity, the regional distribution of the stress distribution and displacementdistribution compare three support programs.
