Objective: To establish a tunable laser optical fiber sensing method for rapid detection of vitamin B2 and Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets and content determination of rosuvastatin calcium by fluorescence spectrophotometry,and optimized by orthogonal test and quality control methods of determining the content of ascension,for the quality control of the research statue base.Methods: The content of berberine hydrochloride and vitamin B2 in the drug was rapidly detected by optical fiber sensing technology with tunable laser source(520 nm and 620 nm).The experimental data were collected and recorded in the Excel database,and the statistical analysis of the laser intensity of berberine hydrochloride and vitamin B2 was made.The use of SPSS22.0 software,the measurement data of the two groups using t test,more than two groups of tests using analysis of variance,drawing scatter plot,do the standard curve,do linear regression.Rosuvastatin calcium in excitation wavelength is ex:250 nm and the determination of the fluorescence intensity of the emission wavelength of em:516 nm under the condition of optimum conditions by orthogonal test of three factors and three levels,the regression equation with linear regression equation to find the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of the.Results:Berberine hydrochloride tablets 85-120 mg,the domestic market to sell 1-20 mg vitamin B2 tablets,foreign vitamin B2 in the range of 85-120 mg has characteristics strong wave,between the quality and the light intensity showed a good linear relationship and negative correlation,the correlation coefficient Rberberine =0.999 9,RvitaminB2=0.999 7(domestic).RvitaminB2=0.999 8(foreign);fluorescence intensity and rosuvastatin calcium concentration has a good linear relationship in the range of3.17-39.72 mg/L,the detection limit is 0.38 mg/L,with the fluorescence intensity as the index,the influence of pH value,concentration of methanol and the other 3 factors,the selected optimum conditions,orthogonal test data statistical analysis the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).According to the optimal conditions,the results of 3repeated experiments showed that the content of rosuvastatin calcium was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry.Conclusion:This method can be used for the qualitycontrol of berberine hydrochloride and vitamin B2.The determination of rosuvastatin calcium by fluorescence spectrophotometer was performed.The results were satisfactory by UV spectrophotometry.
