This paper selects the Yangzhuang subsidence area as the research object,sampling in the summer period,select 7 water samples,12 soil samples,12 sediment samples,determination of physical and chemical properties of the environment:(1)water media:total nitrogen and total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,COD,and TOC,pH,DO,T(2)soil media:organic matter,moisture content,Fe2+,Mn2+,silt content;(3)sediments media:organic matter,Fe2+,Mn2+,and silt content,HCHs and DDTs concentrations of the environment was determined by GC-MS,Origin,SPSS and other software were used to analyze the results,The distribution characteristics of HCHs and DDTs in the study environment are briefly described,By using three analysis methods:Pearson analysis,partial correlation analysis,regression analysis,The correlation between the measured results was systematically studied,finally draws the following conclusion:(1)?-HCH and o,p'-DDT are the two major isomers of water environment detection,located in the southeast region of the subsidence area 1,5 and 7 sampling points,the detection of HCHs concentration degree:0.5m below the water>water depth 1/2>underwater 0.5m,the northwest region HCHs sampling point detection concentration degree:under water 0.5m>water depth 1/2>0.5m below the water;At the 2,4 and 6 sampling points in Northwest China,the concentration of DDTs accumulated in the lower layer,showing downward migration trend(2)y-HCH,o,p'-DDT and p,p'-DDT are three major isomers of soil environment.The area is located in the pond the sampling points 5,6,12,the sampling point HCHs detection concentration accumulated in the middle 5-15cm region,the west region of No.9 and No.10 sampling points in the HCHs concentration showed a downward migration trend,there is a cumulative layer at the bottom.The subsidence pond was sampled from east to west at sampling points 4,5,6 and 8,and DDTs concentration was accumulated in the middle layer,close to the coal gangue by 9,No.11 sampling points were detected by DDTs concentration in a bottom accumulation layer.(3)?-HCH,o,p'-DDT and p,p'-DDT are three major isomers of sediment environment.The 7 and 8 sampling points are located in the east of subsidence basin,and the concentration of HCHs detected in the bottom soill.At 10 and 11 sampling points in the western region,HCHs concentration was accumulated in the middle layer,the other sampling points HCHs detection concentration gradually decreased down;Located in the west area of the pond 1,3,8 and 11 sampling points of DDTs accumulated in the middle concentration detection,the other sample points showed DDTs positive concentration with depth,concentration decreased.(4)Correlation analysis showed that only total phosphorus,temperature and HCHs had low correlation in water environment,other physical and chemical properties are not related to HCHs.For DDTs,total phosphorus had the highest correlation with DDTs,showing a moderate degree of positive correlation.(5)In partial correlation analysis,the correlation between organic matter and soil HCHs was the highest,water content is negatively correlated with HCHs.Regression analysis showed that organic matter and HCHs had a good correlation.In partial correlation analysis,the correlation between organic matter and soil DDTs was the largest,positively correlated,and water content was negatively correlated with DDTs.In the regression analysis,a series of tests show that the organic matter and the DDTs have a good correlation.(6)In partial correlation analysis,the correlation between organic matter and HCHs in sediment was the highest,and negative correlation was found between Fe2+and DDTs.In the regression analysis,a series of tests showed that organic matter and HCHs had a good correlation.In partial correlation analysis,the correlation between sediment and DDTs in the sediment was the largest,positively correlated,and negatively correlated with Fe2+ and DDTs.In the regression analysis,a series of tests show that the organic matter has a good correlation with DDTs.By studying the correlation between physical and chemical properties and OCPs,the factors that influence the concentration distribution of OCPs in environment were studied.It is important for reclamation and ecological environment restoration in subsidence area.
