Xinjiang,Ningxia and other places have a lot of spontaneous combustion area,the mining of the high temperature mine put forward higher requirements on the heat resistance of explosives.At present,many researchers focused on by introducing some thermal decomposition inhibitor and inert component to improve the heat resistance of explosives,explosive performance at high temperature or heat resistance and explosion energy level is a contradiction,in order to improve the high temperature properties of explosives must sacrifice a certain explosive power,according to the actual blasting in open-pit mining.Appropriate to reduce the explosive explosion power can meet the demand of Engineering blasting.Effect of ARC and C80 through the experiment on the marble powder,sodium sulfate,X three kinds of additives on the thermal stability of ammonium oil explosive,but also through the simple constant temperature complexenvironment further understand the effects of three additives on ANFO heat resistance.Finally,several samples of the detonation velocity measurement value,draw the following conclusions:(1)Adding marble powder,help to improve the thermal stability of ANFO,with the increase in content,improve the degree of stabilized,heat is greatly reduced,the detonation velocity value also decreased more,heat-resistant ANFO is not suitable for selection of marble powder as additive.(2)Adding sodium sulphate,good for ANFO improves the heat resistance effect,but from the detonation velocity results,ANFO added sodium sulfate reduced more,may affect the explosive power,therefore is not suitable for sodium sulfate as additives of heat-resistant anfo.(3)The addition of X,the start of the ANFO explosive decomposition temperature,decomposition temperature extrapolation has obviously improved effect in large doses of a constant temperature of 240 ? in the experiment is very good;while in the C80 test heat drop a little,but from the detonation velocity results,the addition of urea had little effect on ANFO detonation velocity,some may even improve,from the comprehensive evaluation of several experiments,very suitable as additives for X mixed ANFO explosives,to develop a ANFO temperature resistant,high temperature for mine use.(4)From the theoretical calculation to the experimental demonstration,the formula of a new type of heat-resistant ammonium nitrate explosive is studied as follows:the mass fraction ratio of porous ammonium nitrate,diesel oil and X is as follows:89.3%:5.7%:5%.
